Since everything was signed by an autopen, did he even know about any of it? My guess is, he didn't, and all of the signed autopen documents should be declared invalid. Not only would his pardons be invalid, but so would the document not allowing the US to get out of NATO and so much more.

No they should not be valid. They should all be null and void! It has been stated that even in the beginning of his presidency Biden had extreme cognitive decline. His handlers are the ones who signed these pardons,, not a president. All should be null and void!

That would be one helluva gotcha moment. Was Jill smart enough to think that it would possibly absolve Joe of any prosecution and be a way that she could "stick it" to some people who thought they were getting immunity and shift Biden's miserable Presidency

Last week on Fox folks tried to make a big deal out of Biden's use of an autopen. Back in March Alan Dershowitz and Gregg Jarrett, both lawyers, explained that the use of an autopen is perfectly legal. Presidential pardons don't even need a signature according to Dershowitz.

There was a mad dash to find groups of people that he could then pardon and then they largely didn't run it by the Justice Department to vet any of them. Biden granted clemency to more people than any president in U.S. history — 4,245 people. More than 95% of those actions occurred in the final 3½ months of his presidency, according to Pew Research. The only pardon Biden ever signed by hand was for his own son. Biden was most likely not aware of any other pardons or requests which means they were never run by him at all, but bypassed and run through by his staff.
