I just built a plugin with Claude Fable 5 that turns Claude Code into a $5,000/mo SEO consultant 🤯 9 skills, one plugin: it connects straight to your Search Console + GA4 data, finds the wins, ships the fixes, and renders a live SEO dashboard that looks like a $200/mo SaaS product. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies sitting on months of Search Console data nobody has time to read. Right now, you probably can't answer: Which keywords are sitting on page 2, one title tag away from page 1, Which pages are bleeding traffic to redirect chains and broken canonicals, Which blog posts rank for commercial terms but never link to a product page. This plugin answers all of it from your live data, then ships the fixes: → Finds your page-2 keywords and ships the fix: new title, headings, content, paste-ready → Clusters every query into a hub-and-spoke content map with the gaps flagged → Drafts posts from your actual search data, not guesses → Writes dev tickets for redirect chains and slow pages, ranked by traffic at risk → Builds the internal links between your blog and your money pages → Flags toxic backlinks and ranks outreach targets → Drops a Monday report with 3 priorities before the client even asks → Renders it all as a one-file HTML dashboard with a 0-100 SEO health score No dashboard staring. No CSV archaeology. No $5K/mo retainer for a PDF. What you get: → Page-2 keywords moved to page 1 → A content calendar that fills itself from data → Dev tickets that write themselves → A live SEO dashboard on command Built 100% in Claude Code with Claude Fable 5. I put the entire build into a step-by-step Playbook: all 8 workflow prompts (including the dashboard), how to turn them into a plugin, and the full Google setup (Including the 2 landmines Google doesn't tell you about). HERMES AGENT + OBSIDIAN IS A COMBINATION NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT. Hermes ships with a bundled Obsidian skill. read, search, and create notes in your vault out of the box. why this combination is powerful: Hermes built-in memory is capped. MEMORY.md: 2,200 chars (~800 tokens). USER.md: 1,375 chars (~500 tokens). Obsidian vault has no cap. your agent writes research, session summaries, project context, and learned patterns as linked markdown notes. unlimited depth. the agent creates indexed notes by design. timestamps, backlinks, tags. every note connects to the knowledge graph. three ways to integrate: 1. BUNDLED OBSIDIAN SKILL (simplest) ships with Hermes. reads, searches, creates notes in your vault directly. hermes skills list | grep obsidian 2. OBSIDIAN MCP SERVER (deepest) 30+ tools: full-text search, tag lookup, note management, vault analysis, link analysis, orphan detection. add it via: hermes mcp 3. TELEGRAM + CRON → VAULT (always-on) set a cron job that writes daily summaries, research findings, or task reports directly into your Obsidian vault. your agent feeds the vault while you sleep. you review in Obsidian when you're ready. the unlock: Hermes memory handles what the agent needs to know per session (capped, injected). Obsidian handles everything the agent has ever learned (uncapped, searchable). short-term in Hermes. long-term in Obsidian. both accessible. both persistent. keep the vault scope narrow at first. start with one /Hermes folder. expand once you trust the workflow. 8 Loops Indise Hermes Agent👇

Google Search Console gives you numbers. GSC Wizard gives you answers. Decades of doing data driven SEO. Every week I'd export GSC data, wrangle it in spreadsheets, try to find the story in the numbers. Then do it again for the next client. And again. So I built the tool I always wanted: GSC Wizard turns raw Search Console data into actionable intelligence. No spreadsheet gymnastics required. Here's every feature and what it actually solves: ◆ SITE RESTRUCTURING & TOPICAL MAPPING BERTopic clustering with multilingual-e5-large-instruct embeddings maps your entire site into topic clusters. Visual drag-and-drop tree hierarchy lets you redesign site architecture. Auto-generates redirect maps, internal linking plans, and content briefs for gaps. Works across languages so you can see coverage gaps per topic per market at a glance. ◆ CANNIBALIZATION DETECTION Detects when pages compete for the same keywords. Not just keyword overlap, but intent-level conflicts. Shows which URL should win and which should merge or redirect. ◆ CONTENT DECAY MONITORING Visualizes which pages are losing traffic over time with an intuitive heatmap. Spot declining content before it's too late. ◆ FORECASTING Predict future organic traffic based on historical GSC trends. Model scenarios for content investments, seasonal patterns, and growth targets. ◆ ANOMALY DETECTION Automatically flags unusual spikes or drops in clicks, impressions, CTR, and position. No more finding out a month later that something broke. ◆ MIGRATION DASHBOARDS Track performance before and after domain, folder or URL migrations across multiple GSC properties. Monitor traffic recovery, catch URL mapping gaps, and compare old vs. new property data side by side. The cross-property view is critical for enterprise migrations that nobody else handles properly. ◆ EXPERIMENT MONITORING Run A/B tests on title tags, meta descriptions, and content changes. Measure impact with statistical significance testing and group comparisons. Prove that your SEO changes actually worked. ◆ INTERNATIONAL ANALYSIS Analyze performance across countries and languages. Detect country-level cannibalization, and compare properties across markets. Cross-property analysis shows you which markets are underserved. ◆ INDEXING MONITOR Track which pages Google is picking up and which ones are quietly disappearing from the index. ◆ PAGE POACHING OPPORTUNITIES Find keywords ranking at positions 4-20 that are ripe for pushing into the top 3 with small optimizations. ◆ ON-PAGE CHECKS Check if top queries appear in titles, meta descriptions, and H1 headings. Simple but surprisingly powerful. ◆ KEYWORD CLUSTERING Group related keywords into clusters and track aggregate performance. See which topics drive the most traffic and where clusters are thin. Every report surfaces specific opportunities. Sign up for the waiting list now.

HERMES AGENT RUNS MONITORING, RESEARCH, LEAD DETECTION, AND COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS ON AUTOPILOT. AND KNOWS WHEN NOT TO SPEND YOUR TOKENS. the biggest unlock most people skip: Hermes cron jobs can decide ON THEIR OWN whether the LLM should wake up. WAKE AGENT — THE $0 GATE every cron job can run a Python script first. the script checks: did anything actually change? nothing changed: → script outputs {"wakeAgent": false} → LLM stays asleep → zero tokens spent something changed: → script outputs {"wakeAgent": true} → agent wakes up and handles it three gate patterns from official docs: → file-change: compare file mtime to last run. no change? sleep. → external-flag: another process drops a ready file. no flag? sleep. → HTTP-check: ping a URL, diff the response. same as last time? sleep. real example: monitor AWS costs every hour. script pulls current spend from AWS API. no spike? agent sleeps. zero cost. costs jump 40%? agent wakes, reports to Slack, takes action through Stripe MCP. you run 20 monitoring jobs a day. 18 of them find nothing. you pay for 2. NO AGENT — PURE SCRIPT, ZERO LLM some jobs don't need reasoning at all. TLS checks. uptime pings. disk alerts. heartbeats. hermes cron edit --no-agent --script check_health.py script runs. stdout goes straight to Telegram, Discord, or Slack. no LLM involved. flip any job between modes: hermes cron edit --agent # add LLM hermes cron edit --no-agent # remove LLM free monitoring that lives inside the same ecosystem as your agent. 4 MORE USE CASES THIS UNLOCKS: COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS weekly cron with script that diffs competitor pages. agent only analyzes actual changes. updates your tracking file and PRD skill automatically. PRD AS A SKILL save product requirements as a skill, not a document. skills load on demand into fresh context. documents drift. skills stay sharp. CONTENT REPURPOSING hand a video script to the agent. it drafts X and LinkedIn posts in your voice. writes to a review folder. you approve via Telegram. LEAD DETECTION webhook monitors inbox. agent spots potential leads. drafts responses using your business context. schedules meetings from your calendar. the pattern across all of these: scripts handle the mechanical work for free. the agent only spends tokens on reasoning that requires judgment. comment CRON and I'll send you 5 ready-to-paste cron configs with wakeAgent and no_agent patterns. full Hermes SOUL.MD guide 👇

HERMES AGENT SHIPS WITH A BUNDLED SKILL FOR ANDREJ KARPATHY'S LLM WIKI PATTERN. A SELF-IMPROVING KNOWLEDGE BASE THAT GROWS EVERY TIME YOU FEED IT. mentioned this briefly in the overnight workflow article. here is the full breakdown. what it is: a self-improving knowledge base built as interlinked markdown files. unlike RAG (which rediscovers knowledge from scratch every query), the wiki compiles knowledge once and keeps it current. cross-references stay linked. contradictions get flagged automatically. synthesis reflects everything ingested so far. why this matters for Hermes memory: Hermes built-in memory knows YOU. it remembers your conversations, your preferences, your business context across sessions. but it doesn't know your inbox. or your meeting transcripts. or that article you saved last week. or the expert framework you want it to learn. the LLM Wiki solves that. THE DIVISION OF LABOR human curates sources and directs analysis. agent summarizes, cross-references, files, and maintains consistency. you drop in articles, transcripts, notes. Hermes indexes them, links related concepts, flags contradictions, updates affected pages. your knowledge base grows itself. SETUP IS ONE COMMAND the skill ships with Hermes. enable it. set WIKI_PATH in ~/.hermes/.env: WIKI_PATH=/Users/you/wiki defaults to ~/wiki if unset. then drop anything into it: "index this article into my wiki: [paste URL or text]" Hermes reads it, builds a source page, updates related entries, flags contradictions. THE OBSIDIAN ANGLE set OBSIDIAN_VAULT_PATH to the same directory. now your wiki is visible in Obsidian's graph view. nodes, links, backlinks. all built by Hermes. for headless servers: install obsidian-headless. syncs vaults without a GUI. agent writes from the server, you read on your laptop. THE COMPOUND EFFECT Hermes knows you. the wiki knows your world. combine them and the agent answers questions using BOTH contexts at once. month 1: you explain things twice. month 3: the agent references the wiki on its own. answers get sharper because the knowledge base got sharper. AUTOMATIONS THAT FEED THE WIKI set cron jobs to ingest automatically: "every day at 9am, check Granola for new meetings. add any new transcripts to my wiki under meeting notes." "every morning, scan my Gmail starred items. add anything worth keeping to the wiki." "every week, check arXiv for new papers in [your niche]. summarize and file." your wiki grows while you sleep. Hermes never forgets what gets indexed. THE LIMITATION TO KNOW unlike Hermes memory (which is conversational and lives across sessions), the wiki is a separate knowledge layer. Hermes won't pull from the wiki automatically unless you reference it or save it as a skill. best setup: build an LLM Wiki personality that tells Hermes to consult the wiki when answering strategy questions or domain-specific queries. full HERMES AGENT OVERNIGHT WORKFLOW👇

I built an OpenClaw🦞 agent that ranks you on Google for $50/month 😱 here’s the system that runs every week on autopilot: step 1: find your strike zone → connects to Google search console + dataforseo → finds keywords where you're positions 5–20. one good article can push to page 1 → monitors what’s climbing and dropping weekly → feeds winners back in. every cycle is smarter than the last step 2: write content only you could write → interviews you first. 8 questions about your brand, voice, and experience → follow-up interviews every week. “what are customers asking? what shipped?” → content compounds because context compounds → google AI overview can’t summarize your real experience step 3: build backlinks automatically → mines competitor backlinks → finds sites mentioning you without linking → discovers broken links you can replace with yours → last week it found 23 unlinked brand mentions across 4 competitor sites step 4: catch technical problems before rankings drop → core web vitals, bad links, redirect chains, missing meta → flags before Google step 5: future‑proof your SEO → schema, llms.txt, topical authority mapping → the stuff agencies charge $3K+ to audit once input: your site + your niche output: an AI that discovers, writes, builds links, and tracks your rankings the old way: semrush + ahrefs + surfer + seo writers = $5,500/mo this way: dataforseo ($50/mo) + everything else free 5 skills. 14 scripts. gets better every cycle. open sourcing the whole system. comment RANK + like + follow (must follow so I can DM)

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged imran to come on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

The new Google Search is rolling out and there seems to be confusion on what it will look like. Google literally told us. Let me clarify for anyone who is still unsure of what is rolling out this week. Last month Google responded to everyone saying Search is dead. Here is what they said: "You will absolutely continue to see blue web links in search results. AI Mode is not the default experience in Search. You will continue to get a range of results on Search." [Want to know where your site stands across Google AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc? Check here (it's free): Google has explicitly laid out what Search will look like from this point going forward. The new Search box accepts text, images, files, videos, and open Chrome tabs. It anticipates your intent before you finish asking. It is powered by the most advanced Gemini model Google has ever put into Search, and layered on top of that, information agents will now be able to run 24/7 in the background on behalf of your buyer. Think of it in 5 steps: Step 1: The buyer describes their problem, their category, their needs in full. Step 2: The agent breaks that down into sub-topics and maps out a plan. Step 3: It determines what intel is needed right now versus later. Step 4: It monitors blogs, news sites, and social posts continuously for relevant changes. Step 5: It sends the buyer a synthesized update with links and the ability to take action. Blue links are not going away in the short-term, but the brands getting recommended by information agents 24 hours a day while also ranking in traditional results are going to pull so far ahead of the ones doing only one or the other that it will not be a fair fight. This is exactly what SEO Stuff ( has been building for every customer. Optimized content depth that covers every sub-question a buyer in your category asks, so the agent finds you at every step of its plan. Editorial authority from trusted websites that signals credibility to every retrieval system Google has ever built, across both traditional rankings and AI citations simultaneously. One investment. Blue links and AI citations. Around the clock. SEO Stuff's Complete Done-For-You Plan: SEO Stuff's "Optimized Content" Plan: There is a reason more than 80 percent of SEO Stuff customers reorder. The results continue long after the work is done. Google Search is changing. AI Search is here. Your websites need to prepare accordingly. HERMES AGENT WITHOUT TOOLS IS A CHATBOT. WITH THEM IT BUILDS 3D TOWERS IN BLENDER, CHECKS STOCK PRICES, AND DRIVES VS CODE. tonbi JUST DROPPED THE FULL GUIDE. module 6 of his 10-part Hermes masterclass. best breakdown of the tool layer anyone has published. what you need to know: TOOLS vs SKILLS vs MCP skills = instructions (markdown, loaded into context) tools = callable functions (Python, agent emits call, Hermes executes) MCP = adapters to external systems (Blender, Stripe, Linear, Notion) every tool has three parts: → the function (does the real work) → the schema (what the model sees to decide when to call it) → the registry (makes the tool exist in the agent) the model never runs the function directly. it emits a structured request (tool name + JSON args). Hermes executes and returns the result. if the tool fails, the error goes back as JSON. the agent recovers instead of crashing. TOOL SETS CONTROL THE SURFACE hermes chat --tool-sets web # only web tools loaded. no files, no terminal. hermes chat --tool-sets safe # read-only: web search, vision, image gen. # no file writes. no terminal. no code execution. mid-session: /tools enable video /tools disable terminal or toggle in the dashboard: hermes dashboard → Skills → Tool Sets MCP SERVERS two transport types: STDIO (local subprocess) or HTTP (remote endpoint). add a server: hermes mcp # or ask: "add the MCP server for Blender" filter tools with include/exclude per server. keep only what you trust. security: → OAuth 2.1 PKCE (no long-lived tokens in config) → package scanning via api.osv. dev before launch → all MCP calls go through approval gates HERMES AS MCP SERVER hermes mcp serve exposes 10 tools via FastMCP. connect VS Code Copilot or Cursor to your running Hermes instance. BUILD YOUR OWN TOOL He built a stock price tool live: → Python function calling Finnhub API → schema with name, description, parameters → registered in tool_sets.py → agent calls it automatically when relevant any repeating API call in your workflow can become a native tool. full Hermes architecture deep-dive in the article 👇

I just vibe-coded a complete SEO Agency In a Box with Claude Code. One keyword in → full research, competitor analysis, SEO-optimized article, metadata, and AI graphics out. All on auto-pilot. Perfect for SEO agencies and DTC brands who are tired of spending an entire day producing a single piece of SEO content. Creating quality SEO content is a huge pain. You're reading competitor articles one by one, trying to find content gaps, writing drafts from scratch, then going back to optimize everything before you even think about graphics or metadata. This vibe-coded tool solves it: → Set up your brand once (value prop, tone of voice, writing samples) → Enter a topic and keywords → SERP API + Firecrawl scrape and analyze the top-ranking competitors → Gemini generates a full research plan with intent, gaps, and strategic positioning → Claude writes the article based on your brand guidelines and the research → Nano Banana Pro generates thumbnail and in-blog images → SEO metadata (title, description, slug) created automatically What this outputs: - Full competitive research and content brief - SEO-optimized articles with internal links and proper formatting - AI-generated images and thumbnail - Meta title, description, and slugs - Batch mode for multiple articles at once - Content rewrite mode for existing URLs that aren't ranking - LinkedIn and X repurposing built in Built 100% in Claude Code. (I'm giving away the prompts) I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how every part of this works, and I'm including ALL of the prompts I used for Claude Code. here's what's actually working in SEO in 2026 vs what's getting people cooked: 1. small sites blasting AI content on their own domain are done. the algo update is sharp — you'll see a euphoric jump on ahrefs, your team will be doing high-fives, and one week later you'll never recover. one article a day max. manually edited. don't blast your URL or you don't come back. 2. content quality is fully commoditized. google can't tell good content from bad anymore so it just defaults to ranking the biggest domain. a blog post on a high-DR site with literally just a title in the body will outrank most of the internet. domain authority is the only tiebreaker left. 3. parasite SEO is the cheat code. listicles on publications you have an in with. facebook groups. reddit threads. quora. medium. linkedin posts. anywhere big that lets you publish — write it, index it, send real chrome traffic to it (google reads chrome data as a ranking signal), and it ranks. 4. AI overviews CTR went from 1% to 2.4% on cited pages. sounds like a recovery. it's not. position one used to get 30% clicks. publishers are still cooked. brands and end users win, everyone in between gets eaten. 5. people freaking out about their search console impressions exploding are NGMI. half of that is bots, scrapers, rank trackers, and chatGPT itself doing a search every time it answers a query. it's not real demand. bonus: starbucks launched a "describe your mood, get a drink" feature on chatGPT. peak NGMI. there are 50 better AI use cases for them — push notifications based on purchase history, revenue optimization — anything other than vibes-to-latte. watch/listen here ↓

honest first impression of Helena, the "autonomous AI marketer" you start by giving it your website URL and it fetches your brand, analyzes competitors, and generates a full brand knowledge base. the brand read was accurate it generates all of this from your URL alone: > brand guidelines > business profile > market research > marketing strategy > competitor deep dive > content calendar for april 2026 > email newsletter concepts then it immediately starts creating content. linkedin posts with visuals, x posts, blog articles the content quality is sloppy. some posts had hashtags (big no on x), the copy reads like generic slop. the images are better than I expected but nothing a serious brand would post without heavy editing the infrastructure underneath is solid though it set up automated recurring tasks without me asking: > weekly automation suggestions (every monday 3pm) > weekly competitor intelligence digest (every tuesday 9am) > weekly linkedin content brief (every monday 7pm) > weekly SEO content recommendations (every wednesday 9am) Plenty of integrations: Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Stripe, Pinterest compared to the "AI CMO" that went viral last week, it can pull from multiple data sources and use that context in its strategy the amount it generates just on onboarding is valuable, they are probably burning a lot of tokens on first signups foundation and infrastructure are there. if the content quality catches up to the infra, it might be worth spending time with however, you can build this yourself in a week, with MUCH better output

Google just announced the biggest upgrade to Search in over 25 years. For brands the opportunity here is pretty enormous. Here is what the new Search actually looks like and how you should take advantage: The search box now accepts text, images, files, videos, and open Chrome tabs. It expands dynamically as you type. It also anticipates your intent before you finish asking. This is the version of Search that SEO Stuff has been helping customers build for. The biggest opportunity here is what happens after the search. Google's new information agents run 24/7 in the background on behalf of your buyer. And that's why it has never been more important to understand how Google, ChatGPT, Claude and every other AI platform sees your brand. (If you want to see where your site stands across Google and AI search, start here: Here is exactly how Google's new information agents work: Step 1: The buyer does a total brain dump of what they want to stay updated on. Essentially a full description of their problem, their category, their needs. Step 2: The agent breaks down that question and maps out a plan across every relevant sub-topic. Step 3: It determines urgency and what kind of intel the buyer needs right now versus later. Step 4: It sets triggers and monitors the web continuously, scanning blogs, news sites, and social posts for relevant information as it changes. Step 5: It sends the buyer an intelligent synthesized update with links and the ability to take action. Here is why this is a massive opportunity: AI Mode already has 1 billion monthly users. Queries are more than doubling every quarter. And multiple studies have shown that users arriving via AI search are more likely to convert. With information agents running continuously for over a billion users, the brands in that cited source pool are being recommended around the clock, automatically, to buyers who are actively monitoring their category. The brands that build content depth and editorial authority now are building a presence that buildings on itself 24 hours a day. This is what SEO Stuff builds for every customer. Content that covers every sub-question a buyer in your category asks, so the agent finds you at every step of its plan. Authority building from trusted websites that signal credibility to every retrieval system Google has ever built. One investment. Continuous recommendations. Around the clock. Check it out: Our most popular done-for-you package: Our done-for-you "content only" package: There is a reason more than 80 percent of SEO Stuff customers reorder. The results continue long after the work is done. #GoogleIO📷📷📷 #Google📷📷📷
