After surging to #1 in the California primary, Steve Hilton could become the state's first Republican governor since Schwarzenegger. Hilton excoriates the incompetence of CA leadership that's responsible for urban squalor, economic collapse... and giant rats. "Big ass rats," Hilton says. "They've been regulating... the use of rodenticide. And so guess what we have now in California? A rat plague." "We are not just doing poorly in the middle of the pack... we are the worst in America," warned Hilton, when I spoke with him in the early days of his campaign. "California has the highest unemployment rate in America, the highest poverty rate... highest housing costs, lowest home ownership, highest cost for gas, electricity, water, insurance." He says voters are finally waking up to Newsom's disastrous mismanagement, and tells me how he plans to Make California Golden Again. 0:00 - California's Ridiculous Regulations & Urban Squalor 1:19 - Steve Hilton: Running For Governor To Save California 2:17 - Gavin Newsom's $700 Million "Tiny Home" Debacle 3:05 - "The Worst Governor In America" says Hilton 4:47 - The Crime Statistics Reality: Blue Cities vs. Red States 5:55 - Highest Poverty, Unemployment & Cost Of Living In America 7:00 - Breaking The Arrogance Of One-Party Rule 8:20 - Why The Legislative Supermajority Doesn't Excuse Failure 14:04 - Executive Power: What A Governor Can Actually Fix 17:38 - The Difference Between True Leadership & Machine Politicians 21:05 - Pandering Over Pragmatism: Newsom's Flip-Flopping Priorities 22:52 - How Can We Overcome California's Built-In Democrat Majority? 26:44 - The Reality Of NYC Taxes vs. California Squalor

IU Indy’s Gus Etchison has the potential to be one of the best Mid Major players in college basketball heading into this season. Gus for Idaho State last season averaged 9/1/2 in only 13 MPG while shooting 45% from the field and 35% from three on 3 attempts a game. Etchison is one of the quickest guards in the country who’s great at getting to his spots on all 3 levels and scoring with efficiency. Etchison had one of the highest rim rates in the country and was also a high level finisher who shot 62% at the rim. Etchison is also a strong off the dribble creator who has the ability to create space at a high level, and is an elite tough shot maker who can shoot from anywhere on the court. Etchison is also a high level playmaker who has the ability to use his speed and scoring to create plays for his teammates at an elite level, while also having the vision to make strong reads in the PNR or in isolation. Gus had one of the highest assist rates in the country with a 40% AST rate. Etchison’s mix of playmaking, shooting, creation, speed, PNR play, shotmaking, finishing, and handle all helps him be an extremely versatile all around PG who can do a little bit of everything at a strong level. Etchison is one of 3 players since 2008 who had an AST% of 40, and shot 35% from three on 12 attempts a game per 100, joining Trae Young, and Denzel Valentine as the only other players. Etchison was highly productive in a system that didn’t fully fit his game, and is joining, an IU Indy team that fits his style and gives him the chance to be one of the most talented Mid Major players in college basketball next season.

Update - Broad Peak done without Oxygen all while leading and guiding from the front with Elite Exped . 1. Everest ✅ 2. K2✅ 3. Kanchenjunga ✅ 4. Lhotse ✅ 5. Makalu ✅ 6. Dhaulagiri ✅ 7. Manaslu ✅ 8. Nangaparbat ✅ 9. Annapurna ✅ 10. Gasherbrum 1 ✅ 11. Broad - Peak ✅ 12. Gasherbrum II ✅ Remaining: 1. Cho oyu 2. Shishapangma When I achieve Cho Oyu and Shishapangma this coming autumn, I will be the fastest human to climb all 14 Peaks without 02( *not to mentioned whilist leading and guiding expedition at the same time). When you climb just for yourself it’s one thing - but when you lead the whole exped, it’s another level. You need to ensure all your team members not only summit but also that they are safe. And this takes a lot out of you. Big thanks to everyone who has joined Elite Exped and given me this amazing opportunity whilst getting paid and achieving an incredible human feat. 🙌🏽🙏🏽❤️ You all know who you are 👊🏽💥 I’m looking forward to guiding those folks who are joining me on Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua. Actually it’s my down time! 😉❤️ There are a few spaces remaining, so if you fancy having the experience of climbing with me, here’s who you need to get in touch with - infoElite Exped.com Copyright: Nirmal Purja MBE #eliteexped #nimsdai #14peaks #14peaksnothingisimpossible #achieveyournewpossible #nothingisimpossible #nims #nimspurja #14peaks6months #beyondpossible #k2winter #k2firstascentnoo2 #uksf #club8000ers #everest #k2 #k2winter #aboveandbeyondadventure

I'm making over $10K a month selling AI services. I got there in under a year with a three-stage model: a free assessment, a paid assessment, and an AI Concierge retainer. My lowest paying client is $1,200 a month. My highest is $2,000. Here's the entire model: 1) Stage one: a free 15-minute mini assessment. One pain point, one prescribed fix. Do 1 to 3 max, purely for testimonials. 2) Stage two: the paid assessment. 45 minutes, 3 to 7 opportunities scored on effort vs impact, sold for $1,000 to $2,000. (I open sourced my paid assessment template. It's yours (free) at 3) Do the ROI math in their words. $250 an hour times 5 hours a week in email is $1,250 a week. Cut it to 1 hour and they can't argue. 4) Stage three: AI Concierge. Two 45-minute calls a month at $1,000 to $2,000. That's $750 to $1,250 an hour. 5) Add unlimited Voxer access. Feels like an AI expert in their pocket, so they pay top dollar. They barely use it. 6) Every call runs AOA: Audit, Optimize, Automate. Cut the 14-step process to 11, then turn it into a Claude skill. 7) Standardize on one ecosystem. Everything runs in Claude Cowork building Claude skills. No custom stack per client, no vendor lock-in. 8) Target owner-led service businesses doing $3M to $10M. Repetitive work, visible bottlenecks, real budget. 9) Your first client is in your phone. Text 10 business owners you know. 10 texts equals 5 to 6 free assessments, 2 to 3 paid, 1 concierge client. 10) Raise your price $250 with every yes. My next client won't be under $2,500 a month. Two things that make this work: 1) Boundaries are the offer. Free stops at the roadmap, concierge stops at two calls. Everything else is billed separately. 2) Every stage sells the next one. The free assessment promises seven more fixes. The paid report walkthrough pitches the retainer. Full breakdown below. (also available on the Build With AI podcast wherever you get your pods)
