"He's a ball-handler. ... He creates shots for everybody." Earvin Magic Johnson gives Jose Alvarado his flowers 💐

@MagicJohnson Effort & energy will always supersede skill(not saying Jose doesn’t have skill.) That’s why they got a nice boost, ball movement and stagnation were a big problem for the Knicks until he started running around like a bat out of hell!

@ESPNNewYork @MagicJohnson NYC guards play well with big crowds /large markets Because it’s what they’re use too…. No brainer.

@MagicJohnson This is how you know Stephen A Smith doesn’t watch Knicks games: Jose has finished games with Brunson before; notably against Houston at the Garden. SMH

@MagicJohnson Alvarado receiving great support from Magic

@MagicJohnson Magic is on point

@MagicJohnson Steven bigmouth A wrong as usual Oakley was no hall of famer. Oakley was no great player very limited player lousy offensive game OG is a much better I was T game where Oakley threatened the life of owner James Dolan! He was a hoodlum. That’s why he was evicted for good reason

@MagicJohnson @stephenasmith Knicks gonna need both Jose Alvarado and Mikal Bridges. Looks like Bridges had an adrenalin dump after Game 2. Knicks gonna need him return to from hitting bigshots and Playing D.

@MagicJohnson @MagicJohnson knows ball!!

@MagicJohnson Stephen A does not watch Knicks basketball my goodness lmaoo

@MagicJohnson @MagicJohnson @FirstTake @ESPNRadio 🌺

@MagicJohnson When Matt barns call him out he went on for a week ranting

@MagicJohnson Difference??? NADA!!! Spurs’ players and coach themselves were to be blamed.. All of them are CHOKER..

@MagicJohnson If you ask Jose he’s gonna say that was a BIG PAUSE!!😂
