Update I: In the name of Allah SWT, the most Compassionate, the most Merciful. During Ramadan, my team distributed food items to low incomes households in Kaduna North. We have done this consistently since elected. There was a debate whether to notify the public about this due to ‘rice pandemic’ encouraged by ‘we’ politicians. I have decided to notify the public mainly to express my gratitude to those that contributed this year. The food items were given to those in need regardless of tribe, party affiliation, gender or religion. This week, we will focus on orphanages. On behalf of the people of Kaduna North that I proudly represent, our gratitude goes to the following individuals. The Dangote Foundation: Through our father, his Personal Assistant and my elder brother and friend, Mallam Jamilu ensured we had two hundred bags, which have since been distributed. Jamilu is a fantastic human being and a kind soul. I must thank the ever compassionate SkyDanfoDriver 🛫 (Capt. Jamil) once again. The Jafaru Paki Family: Through my brother, friend from our college days, Hassan Paki, we received 80 bags of and 100 bags of maize. Sadiq Umar: The Super Eagles Star and striker of Valencia FC is always there for Kaduna North. He is one of us. We are in a partnership as co owners of Ranchers Bees, with the aim of improving grass root football. Popularly known as Jololo, he made the biggest contribution this year. Please pray for him as well. N:B: As is our habit for the last two years and due to advise of many, including some on this space. There were no pictures and posters attached to any of these items. They were also distributed randomly via a door to door policy. All the Juma’at Mosques in Kaduna North were beneficiaries as well. Signed Hon. Mohammed Bello El-Rufai Member. The LIV Golf League has made major changes to the format of the Team Championship, including a preliminary round to be played on Wednesday between teams ranked 12 and 13 in the season long standings. There will also be no byes for top seeded teams. The losing team from the preliminary round will be fully eliminated and will take no further part in the competition. On Friday, there will be 6 quarter finals matches, where all 12 remaining teams will face off in head to head match play. The captains of the top seeded teams have the opportunity to choose their opponents as in previous years. The format is also the same, with 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes match, with 2 points needed to advance. On Saturday, all 12 teams will be divided into 2 brackets. The Championship Bracket, with the winning teams from Friday, and the Rankings Bracket, with the 6 teams who lost. Once again, seeded team captains can select who they play against and the format remains 2 singles matches and 1 foursomes. On Sunday, a champion will be decided and they revert back to the standard team format of the regular season, individual strokeplay with all 4 scores counting towards the team total. The 3 winning teams from the Championship Bracket will face off for the championship rings and the remaining 9 teams will play in their Rankings Brackets for minor places. Ripper GC, captained by Cam Smith will be looking to defend the title they won last season. The previous winners are Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers GC and Dustin Johnson’s 4 Aces GC. The 2025 Team Championship will be held at The Cardinal at St John’s Resort in Michigan on August 20th-24th.

Caedan Wallace (#70 in the video clips) – This looks like a good move from JES. Here’s my thoughts below and I’d be happy to answer any questions. I’m not going to do a video on Wallace since we’re talking about someone acquired for minimal compensation and was going to be waived pretty early in the offseason process. But there’s some reasons to be optimistic. Wallace was a 3rd round pick in 2024, which was before Vrabel arrived in NE – we see this often where players from a previous regime just aren’t valued by the new staff. I’ve watched all of Wallace’s 2024 snaps, plus his preseason 2025 snaps. He was used all over the place by NE including 6th OL, Tackle, and Guard. So he comes in as a young player and some NFL experience on both sides of the formation. My conclusion is that Wallace should be a near lock to be on the Dolphins 53 man roster. I see him instantly as no worse than OL 8 on this roster behind the starting 5, Salyer and maybe Andrew Meyer (who has C versatility). Wallace would get the leg up on Campbell because of his T versatility. But nobody else (including Heck) would really be in that conversation. Assuming health across the board – keeping 9 OL with this combination and having 8 active on gameday would be a solid group in my opinion. Wallace on the field isn’t going to wow you. He’s not the most powerful, he’s not the most athletic – but he’s also pretty decent in both regards. He’d be the type of guy that you’d be OK with as your 5th starter, but you’d still be exploring options to upgrade. I think he’s pretty even in both his pass pro and run game with mostly pretty solid reps and a handful of really good and really bad reps. There could be some untapped potential in the OZ run game where I think his athleticism (particularly at G) could come out, but that’s still a projection. In the end, I like this signing a lot for the positional need and the time of year.

New year. First flight of 2026. Westbound again. Today’s flight arcs away from London and bends north, following the geometry of the planet rather than the flatness of a map. The great-circle route pulls us toward Greenland’s 🇬🇱 ice and the far northern reaches of Canada 🇨🇦, places so vast and sparsely inhabited that distance still feels absolute. Town names like Iqualuit, Yellow Knife, and Crazy Woman, all part of this northern adventure. From altitude, the scale is humbling: ice, rock, forest, and very little else. There’s method behind today’s routing though. Over the North Atlantic, aircraft don’t simply choose a line and go. We fly along daily-published “roads in the sky”, tracks that are repositioned every 24 hours to account for the atmosphere’s moving parts. Eastbound traffic rides the jet stream’s tailwinds for speed and efficiency; westbound flights step away from that river of air, trading distance for fewer headwinds and a smoother, more economical crossing. The sky itself is the variable, and the routes adapt to it. It’s a reminder that aviation is less about conquering nature and more about cooperating with it, listening to the winds, respecting geography, and letting physics do its quiet work. Looking forward to starting 2026 with a day in Vancouver and perhaps seeing some Harbour Air seaplanes. Happy New Year everyone I hope 2026 is a great one. See you on the other side of the Atlantic… again. #A350 #PilotLife #AvGeek #GreatCircle #NorthAtlantic #FlightPlanning #JetStream #AboveTheClouds #NewYearFlying #GlobalAviation #VancouverBound #AirlineLife #vancouver #Canada #heathrow #HappyNewYear2026

49ers just wrapped up Block 2 of camp with a reminder of how good Brock Purdy is — even without his top 3 WR (Evans/Stribling injuries are NOT serious), Purdy's offense managed some crisp success: 🏈Demarcus Robinson was Purdy's favorite WR, reminiscent of when 49ers beat Philly with a skeleton crew. The deep out was the duo's bread and better 🏈Best play: Excellent one-handed catch from TE Brayden Willis on a corner route from Mac Jones. 🏈Deommodore Lenoir had two more PBUs — including one on a Purdy-Robinson deep out. CB1 been very active this camp and said this morning on KNBR that he's as locked in as ever 🏈6-3 rookie CB Ephesians Prysock notched a nice reaching PBU vs 5-9 Junior Bergen. 🏈Speaking of Bergen, he's making quite a few plays on offense and I wouldn't be quick to discount him in the punt return battle. FWIW, Bergen has made more offensive plays than Jacob Cowing, with whom he may be in a battle for a 53-man spot 🏈49ers did some red-zone work today where safety Ji'Ayir Brown had a nice, athletic PBU in the corner against TE Jake Tonges. Jordan Watkins later caught a TD from Jones in the corner 🏈New RB Khalil Herbert is wearing No. 40. He dished out some real contact on his first run — at 212 but just 5-9, Herbert is not a player defenders enjoy running in to. He'll be in the KR mix alongside Deebo Samuel — "hell yeah, let's go!" was Boyer's reaction to the Deebo signing 🏈LB Nick Martin dropped what should've been an easy INT from Kurtis Rourke, but he was in correct position. Later he made a nice stop on a Kyle Juszczyk catch 🏈Team drills started with a nice CMC run (he's had a handful already). And yes, as I've stated already and will discuss more, rookie Jaden Dugger worked with the thinned-out DE group for the first time. He did notch a would-be sack. A lot to unpack when it comes to his talent and that move as the 49ers navigate the dog days. More soon...

While many around the league don’t expect any linebackers to be drafted tonight, if there is one, it certainly could be #TexasAM’s Edgerrin Cooper. Cooper is the most complete LB in the 2024 draft class. He’s shown to be: 1️⃣an elite athlete 2️⃣a consistent and impactful run defender 3️⃣a capable and efficient blitzer, and 4️⃣able to use his size and bend to disrupt in pass protection As a run defender, he finished with an 87.6 PFF grade, highest among any expected draft linebackers in this year’s draft class. That includes 15 TFLs or no gain plays. As you can see (🎥), his downhill force plus balance and control allows him to consistently win in the run game As a pass rusher, he had 7 sacks on the year, 4 of which came from playing on the line of scrimmage. When lined up on the line of scrimmage, he generated a pressure on over 30% of his pass rush snaps. Elite ‼️ And in coverage, he finished with a top-10 coverage grade int eh country last season (per PFF College) among LBs lined up in the box. He’s able to use his length and bend, along with developed vision and timing to disrupt plays from the box. Couple all of that with a 4.51 forty time and would-be impressive athletic testing numbers if he was 100% for the draft process (why he wasn’t able to officially go every day in practice at This Account Has Moved), and it’s hard to ignore his NFL starting potential. There’s a real chance he goes in late round one, but if he’s there on Day 2, he may not only be one of, if not the, first linebacker drafted, but may be one of the first players taken on Day 2 of the draft. #ShrineBowlWhosNext

Tuesday, December 23, 2025 PLEASE🙏 share for: PAW Partnership for Animal Welfare Greenbelt, MD 20770 (301) 572-4729 💜⭐️Meet VAN🐾🐾 — the Rock Star of Dogs!⭐️💜 Van🐾🐾 isn’t just a head-turner… he’s the full package. At just a year old and 32 pounds, this showstopper has the perfect combination of good looks, great manners, and a heart of gold. Van’s🐾🐾 foster says he’s incredibly smart and eager to learn. He already knows sit, down, crawl, paw, touch, find, and spin. He’s currently working on eyes on me, follow, place, and stay. When he gets a little too amped up, a quick “get it together” makes him regroup — and yes, it’s as cute as it sounds. Ask him to “get your toy,” and he’ll happily redirect himself like the good boy he is. He is fully housebroken, and when he needs a break, he’ll even put himself in his crate for some downtime. Van🐾🐾 is wonderfully friendly with dogs of all sizes. He loves to play and can get excited, but he responds beautifully when another dog sets boundaries. On walks, he’s working on sitting calmly when other dogs pass by — he’s a young guy who just wants to say hi! Van🐾🐾 will thrive in a family ready to continue his training, keep his brilliant brain busy, and give him the exercise and playtime a young pup needs. This rock star won’t be available long — apply today! Can't help but smile at this one. One of those stories I think we are going to look back and laugh at one day. ⬇️ James Voorhies was an uncommitted catcher (and a very good one) just over a year ago. Hadn't thrown a varsity inning on the mound. In October going into his senior year I played catch with him at the local elementary school. We threw on a crabgrass field and I told him after 15 minutes of playing catch that his arm, body type, and feel for the baseball were far too advanced for him to not be on the mound. James agreed to start throwing bullpens and "give it a shot". 3 weeks later I did a workout with some of our clients and James threw a bullpen on the game mound. He was 85-87 and absolutely pounded the zone. Threw 3 of the dirtiest changeups I’ve seen (we had played with a kick-change grip a few weeks prior). I had never seen him throw against hitters. Saw a 15 minute catch play session and his first bullpen in years. I Immediately sent the video to a handful of Division 1 programs that were on his list and gave them the scoop. “He's got zero track record but everything about him looks like a future pro arm”. Responses ranged anywhere from excitement to skepticism, which was 100% to be expected. Fast forward a few months to February... CSUN pulled the trigger before his high school season even started and James went on to post a 1.09 ERA, 83 IP, 60 H, 21 BB, and 83 K in his first year of pitching to help take College Park HS to the NCS championship. So here we are essentially 1 year after Jimmy started pitching full time and he’s up to 94 mph as a true freshman, with a win and a save in his first two collegiate appearances with 7.2 IP, 4 H, 1 BB, 13 K. Pretty cool story of a guy going “all in” on something new and different, and a college program taking a chance on a guy that they see future potential in. But the best part of this story and biggest point I want to make is that I firmly believe the reason Jimmy V was the guy that CSUN took a shot on was because of his makeup, work ethic, character, and competitiveness. Jimmy is one of the best “makeup” guys I’ve ever recruited or advised. He is the perfect combination of humble and confident and was the QB/captain of his football team in high school. Jimmy made it easy for CSUN to say “that’s the guy we want to take a chance on.” And yes, it helped that he was 6’4” and a big time multi-sport athlete with a ton of upside. It fires me up to watch Jimmy doing his thing at a very high level. He’s got a ton of good baseball ahead of him. @jam8svoorhies CollegePark Baseball Diablo Valley Baseball Club CSUN Baseball

Today seemed, IMO, to be a significant statement practice for Jacob Cowing. He grabbed one of Brock Purdy's numerous (perfect) deep passes but it goes deeper than that. HIGHLIGHTS: 🏈A few minutes earlier, Cowing and Marques Sigle collided on a deep corner attempt. Cowing was down for a while and limped off — it even looked like his day might be over. But Cowing returned and made the best catch I've seen from him in a 49ers uniform on a 40-yard laser over the middle. The resilience there definitely counts for something, especially considering Cowing's early-career availability issues 🏈Nick Bosa sighting! Did some running on the field while the 49ers were practicing for the first time in a couple weeks. Looked good. CMC (tightness) later watched team drills in person 🏈Keion White (adductor) popped the sled during practice, a good sign of progress 🏈Purdy's top-notch camp continues. He's driving the ball, he's layering the ball, he's hitting deep shots, he's been money on the gimmes, and he's escaping when needed. Many crisp connections between Purdy and the Mike Evans/De'Zhaun Stribling duo — #15 caught a TD vs Deommodore Lenoir 🏈Will Cowing be the 49ers' top punt returner? He caught several reps today. Notably, Jordan Watkins — coming off a very good showing in the preseason opener at WR — muffed one and was upset about it 🏈D-linemen CJ West and Titus Leo both left practice early with injuries 🏈Best 1-on-1 work of rookie OT Enrique Cruz Jr.'s young career came today. Held up well vs Ogbo Okoronkwo and Xavier Thomas. Progress! 🏈Rookie WR Will Pauling catch a nice red-zone TD from Jones, beating Jack Jones in coverage 🏈Rookie DT James Thompson Jr. remains an active presence. Good run stop today. Also had rookie LB Jaden Dugger with a run stop. Tall young LBs, including Larry Worth, continue getting good shine 🏈George Kittle said he's hitting top speeds and has a chance to play Week 1. He praised TE Luke Farrell's growth within the offense in Year 2 — thinks he'll have a big year (Farrell caught a couple more passes today) 🏈Klay Kubiak doesn't believe QB Kurtis Rourke's rib injury will keep him out for a long time. Kubiak said the 49ers deemed Rourke to be better than a 7th-round talent but think he was still available there because of the ACL tear he played through in 2024 🏈This was Malik Turner's most productive offensive practice. Caught a deep one from Purdy vs Upton Stout and also a TD from Mac Jones on a play fake earlier 🏈Jones to Deebo on a rainbow deep pass: Nice play 🏈Final play of practice — the last camp session with fans at the 49ers' facility this year — went to the defense. Very nice Upton Stout PBU against Stribling in the end zone The 49ers will travel to LA tomorrow and conduct a joint practice with the Chargers Tuesday. Brock Purdy … Justin Herbert Mac Jones … Trey Lance Kyle Shanahan … Jim Harbaugh Klay Kubiak … Mike McDaniel Good work coming!

Brent Venables, Ben Arbuckle and Todd Bates today at the OU Football Coaches Luncheon: “We’re in a much different place than a year ago. We really like where we’re at right now.” - Venables “John Mateer makes everyone around him better.” - Venables “(John Mateer) has a way of galvanizing the people around him. He has a great spirit about him. These kids want to play harder for John Mateer.” - Arbuckle “(John Mateer) is an answer and a problem.” - Bates “I’ve given an acronym for Mateer on his name - My Attempt To Earn Everyone’s Respect.” - Bates “I think we have a chance to have a premier player at all three levels of the defense.” - Venables “Damonic Williams has taken everything to another level.” - Venables “Jaydn (Ott) is a special kid and he’s an old, mature kid. This kid is intentional. Much like John (Mateer) he fit into the team and locker room, seamlessly. With everything else, he’s a highly intelligent football player.” - Arbuckle “They can’t get enough coaching. They crave it.” - Bates on D-Line “We know what we’re capable of. There’s not one game on our schedule we can’t win. I say that straight-faced. It’s a deep league but our plans aren’t to finish 10th in the league. Our plans are to compete for an SEC Championship.” - Venables on being picked 10th in SEC “Our offensive line all summer, I would challenge to say there’s not a group that’s been consistently in the facility more together. What I’ve seen is a group that’s fighting every single day to get on the same page. I’ve been really, really proud of the work they’ve put in all summer. I’m excited about that group.” - Arbuckle “David Stone is on the verge of a breakout.” - Bates

🔴IMPROVE YOUR SUPER COUNTER🔴 I will refer to you the host as player 1 and friend as player 2 Step 1 - Invite friend to room and create a private match Step 2 - Make DP teams, equip Max health and ki recovery to all your character for this match. Step 3 - To initiate training player 1 should approach player 2 and charge melee attack (smash attack it’s called in game) As demonstrated on this video, also note you have 2 assault vanishing attacks not including lightning attack which would be (O on ps5) per assault combo string. Player 2 can try and super counter that first charged attack and if he fails he’s got another 2 chances at super counter after you follow up the next two vanishing assaults. Step 4 - Flick Up followed by rush attack (⬆️+🟪) so UP first than SQUARE almost simultaneously but fast! on hit. It sounds silly that it has to be on hit but it is literally how it is done so (same time you get hit is the time you input ⬆️+🟪) Step 5 - Never break this rule: you and your friend can only damage each other with successful Super counter. A little tip to reset the vanishing assaults mid vanishing assault combo sequence. - So say player 1 has connected a charged smash and a(1) vanishing assault, And player 2 did not succeed in executing super counters, what should happen next is player 2 should vanish the 2nd Vanishing Assault of player 1 by pressing (🔴) instead of attempting Super Counter (⬆️+🟪), and once player two knocks back player 1 with a successful 🔴 counter player 2 should now press 🔺to do 2 vanishing assault combos, whilst player 1 attempts doing (Super Counter), and if player 1 fails to super counter the first vanishing attack player 1 should press 🔴 on the 2nd attack, now making it so that player 2 has to attempt super counter.. 😭😂💀 I know complicated but it really isn’t. The entire battle can be of you two simply super countering each other! Me and my friend did this for a few hours to build muscle memory and reaction speed because what’ll notice is you have to be fast to react to super counters or else you will take tons of damage. Also I can’t tell you how satisfying it is to perform these. My friend Erci was like: Goku come on man you’re the MC this is cake for you DO IT!! I was like: I am the son of of the prince of all Saiyans you can’t touch me GOKU 😈😂😭 we were talking mad trash to each other. I love this game ❤️ Good luck labbing and see you all tomorrow for a fun dual stream on twitch and YouTube 🔥💪🏾

While he won't toe the rubber this spring for the Hoosiers, RHP Luke Sinnard (Indiana Baseball) is an arm to be familiar with come July. Began his college career at Western Kentucky, but blossomed last year as a Sophomore at Indiana and pitched his way to a 4.27 ERA with 114 Ks (led the Big Ten) to just 25 BB across 86.1 IP. Earned a Second Team All-Big Ten selection. Towering, workhorse frame at 6'8" and 230-lbs. Sinnard attacks from an ultra high-three quarter slot and possesses an outlier release height north of 7-feet. Somewhat of a deep pull here, but his arm slot is a little reminiscent of former College of Charleston RHP William Privette, though not as sling-shotty or true OTT. His FB sits in the 91-94 range (T96) but it plays up thanks to the carry Sinnard is able to get on it through the zone. Last year, it averaged over 2,500 RPMs and over 19" of IVB. Sinnard's low-80s CB is a true bat-misser. Flashes immense depth and almost true 12-to-6 shape with some teeth. He has good feel for the pitch and it is effective against both right and lefthanded hitters. Held opponents to a .118 average and generated a 46% miss rate last spring. Also features an effective high-80s Cut/SL hybrid. Boasts late lateral life with a touch of depth. Gets under the hands of LHH. Another pitch that Sinnard has plus control of. Lastly, Sinnard throws a low-80s Split/CH. Feel for it is inconsistent, but it gets good separation off the FB and at times flashed tumbling life. It's an okay 4th offering. Sinnard has pro-level starter written all over him and even though you won't see him this season, he profiles as a potential 4th-7th round pick in this year's Draft. (📽️: Indiana Baseball)
