He’s the one. ❤️🎸

Im actually obsessed, this version has it's own charm and different vibe, the final version is the superior one but i like how different this one is

I wish they kept this in somewhere, even if it was for the end credits ❤️🙌

How does something like this stay hidden for over 26 years?! This might unironically actually be my new favorite version of Really Useful Engine!

🥲

I’ve never heard such a beautiful version of a song that wasn’t even used in the final film

@starlightfan02 ITS SO IN THE STYLE OF THE OTHER VOCAL TRACKS OH MY GOD I LOVEEE ITTTT

I LOVE THIS VERSION SO MUCH OMG IM GONNA STEAL IT FOR TSD THOMAS/jk

@ThomasHistory84 Was it just a small sample or is there a full cover, because this is beautiful, kind of now wish they used it in the final cut.

@ThomasHistory84 Unfortunately, we do not have a longer version.

Sounds like it would fit right into Britt's Leica Reel

This version should have been the end credits song I’m so fr

@ChildrensTVArch Me after watching the clip.

Wow! are the other demos different or are they the same to the final or a version you already have?

They are different from the final songs. Will be posting them soon!

@starlightfan02 OH MY GOD

While the one in the final cut is iconic, this version is lovely.

An acoustic cover of Really Useful Engine? Never thought I’d see the day. Kinda wish this remained somewhere in the film though not for this moment which takes place after Diesel 10 and Splodge are snuffed by Toby. Final version feels a lot more victorious.

@starlightfan02 ITS PEAK

Beautiful. I love it.

Holy fucking peak

Is that Maren Ord singing?

I don't think so. I've reached out to Hummie to see if he knows.

This brings a smile to my Wea face

I kinda like it. It’s a vibe

Hot take (probably) I think this is better than the final. This has such a nice vibe to it, just makes me feel so calm and happy.

This version gives such a different vibe to this scene, it's so calm and relaxed I love it!

Fuck!! This version of Really Useful Engine is beautiful!!!

@starlightfan02 ITS AMAZING

This is my new favorite version of RUE

This feel cozy to me, I just can't pinpoint why as it just feels like it's from one of those whimsical shows like Reading Rainbow or Between the Lions.

What a good day to be alive and free to witness such a masterpiece like this!

There's something about this I can't put my finger on I like it but I still have many questions

@Kadenvho

@specialtrees01 Country Thomas wasn’t on my bucket list for this year lmao

When people do the national anthem

this is amazing

We need the full version of this song by whoever did this demo! As you said it’s nothing like we’ve heard before
