If you don't have an IR cam, shut off the main in the box and come back. That entire thing would likely show up like a lighthouse warning you of the dangers lurking beneath. Loose lugs, size 16 wires on 30a breakers, breakers not fully seated... that looks like a nightmare.

Nah the only way to deal with that is to start from scratch. Lock out tag out, take all those wires and trash them. Time to start ALL the way over 😂
