Yes. Written 2 days ago, recorded/edited yesterday. I don't think ppl realize how difficult it is to do a 6+ minute song memorized that was just written the day before in one single live take, piano AND vocals together.

@curious_fren This is a live performance (in one take) with piano and vocals. VERY hard to do at this level, I think no one else in the world can do this tbh. I added strings and background vocals after the fact, but the original performance is the vast majority of the work.

Hard disagree. The lyrics tell the story. This was really for my brother btw who passed last year. People need music in a time of pain and tragedy. It's healing. My role as a songwriter is to challenge when needed, and to comfort when needed. You don't know what I really think.
