Whether this video is fake or not....sleep paralysis is very real. And many people have stopped it in its tracks by calling out to Jesus. That tells me it is a spiritual attack.

That camera was in playback mode, not record. Hence, there is no small red light on it. Fake.

I've had this happen to me. It went away once I was able to move my head enough to look it in the eye.

There’s too much to question with this video. Far too many people try to fake demonic possession/encounter videos. They’re absolutely real, but I don’t think this one is.
