My older brother, who picked on me all the time, smirked and said, “You think you’re pretty tough now, don’t you?” I shot back, “I could take you.” His challenge: “Bring it on, Jethro.” It wasn’t exactly fair, but I locked him up, rolled him onto his back, and pinned him down. Today President Biden unfortunately took a fall at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation. If you are mocking him for falling, grow up. If you are calling for the 25th Amendment, you should probably read about what the 25th Amendment is intended for. Just because someone trips on something doesn’t mean they are incapable of being President. Franklin D. Roosevelt was literally in a wheelchair and some view him as one of our greatest Presidents. Biden could have gotten seriously hurt today. Instead of just saying, “I’m glad he’s OK,” we’re seeing people almost cheer on the fact that he fell. We are America. We should be better than that. Right?
