Hey Fam 🙂student whose application for financial aid is rejected, or the financial aid for a continuing student is withdrawn, may lodge an appeal with the NSFAS. Student must submit an appeal within 30 days of receiving their application results.

My brother was sent an sms to upload a consent form yesterday, after being stuck on “Awaiting Evaluation” for 3months ,and now today the status is “Rejected” without reason. Where are students supposed to appeal because the app and your online system have no tabs for that.Stress!

How can you send an email for a Consent form on the 20th of February and request that it should be submitted by the 5th, now you rejected the application today,why are you doing this @myNSFAS !

NSFAS consultant are not even willing to assist this days they just say keep monitoring the portal without even having to listen to your quiry and most of them have an attitude since they are working from home. Can't they just go back to their offices

BREAKING: Enoch Burke to face THIRD Disciplinary Appeal Panel after High Court refuses to halt proceedings Teacher Enoch Burke has spent over 650 days in prison after refusing to refer to a male student using the “they” pronoun. On Wednesday of this week Enoch Burke sought an extension of time from the Court of Appeal to appeal the judgment of Judge Alexander Owens in 2023 upholding his suspension. This application follows serious developments in recent days, including a Department of Education statement issued in January this year that there is “no legal obligation” on schools to use “preferred pronouns” of students. In particular the Court of Appeal must address the issue of whether the instruction by Principal Niamh McShane to use the “they” pronoun for a male student was lawful. Today High Court Judge Micheal O’Connell (appointed in 2026) refused to grant an injunction restraining the Disciplinary Appeal Panel proceedings pending the outcome of the Court of Appeal case. Enoch Burke must now go before this panel while the key issue of his case — whether the instruction of Principal Niamh McShane to use the “they” pronoun for a male student was lawful — has not been ruled upon by the Court of Appeal. This is a travesty of justice.

Muslim terrorists have been exploiting the student visa program to stay in our country for years. There is no excuse for someone from a foreign country to be an undergraduate student for 15 years. If you want to take out student loans at an American university, there must be a limit on how long you can stay here as a foreign student. I’m taking action to end this problem.
