My brother was sent an sms to upload a consent form yesterday, after being stuck on “Awaiting Evaluation” for 3months ,and now today the status is “Rejected” without reason. Where are students supposed to appeal because the app and your online system have no tabs for that.Stress!

How can you send an email for a Consent form on the 20th of February and request that it should be submitted by the 5th, now you rejected the application today,why are you doing this @myNSFAS !

NSFAS consultant are not even willing to assist this days they just say keep monitoring the portal without even having to listen to your quiry and most of them have an attitude since they are working from home. Can't they just go back to their offices
