This driver is trying to ma a left turn and the car on the opposite side stops and makes a path for them to turn. As the car starts to turn, an electric bike in the bike lane comes speeding down and well, as you can see, smashes into the car and flips over the front. Luckily he gets up and is walking. He could have been seriously injured. To me, this is quite literally why they say you’re not supposed to just stop in the middle of a street to let someone turn. Some are saying it’s the red car’s fault for stopping and letting the driver turn. Others are saying in their state, an electric bike is like a motorcycle and has to obey the traffic laws. Who is at fault? Do you think the electric bike should have been in the bike lane traveling that fast? The red car for letting the car turn left when it can’t see, or is it the drivers responsibility to make sure all is clear before proceeding?

From my last trip to the USA in 2024. We should stay in one lane and follow each other with a safe gap, unless you are making a turn ahead. This is called lane discipline, not rocket science. We don't need to constantly cut lanes and overtake each other like a race. It's a public road not a race track... #RoadSafety

Just had a heart-pounding moment here in AZ Torrential rain, HOV lane, hit a massive patch of water, and my Cybertruck went FULL sideways hydroplaning. Thought I was toast…but the Cybertruck took over, dodged cars like a pro, and slid me back into my lane….safe, sound, no walls or cars hit. Thank you, Elon Musk for building a beast that might’ve just saved my life. Anyone doubting this man’s genius is probably still arguing the Earth is flat.
