I’m not sure that’s the same person. They may behave alike. But, they resemble each other a lot, but I’m not sure that the nose and the mouth are the same. I could be wrong. Easily.

She is violent and should be monitored for animal abuse once identified.

Hope they collected her DNA from that spit! That’s the best way to prove who it is, if they do figure it out. Seriously, crazy!
