“What are you going to do about it?” It’s a question my mother used to ask me whenever I saw something unfair. So when I saw the big banks cheating homeowners and drug companies overcharging for medication, I did something about it.

I am going to throw up. Can we not steal someone’s artwork and trace it over completely? How are you even accepting clients while promoting traced art as your cover on vgen? Please do better and remove this from your “portfolio”.

It hurts deeply when you finally achieve something big… and the people you most wanted to see it, the ones whose proud smiles and reactions you dreamed about, are no longer here, especially your parents. It often feels like the ones left to benefit from your success don’t really deserve it, or they’ll never truly understand or appreciate how much blood, sweat and years it actually cost you. Really heavy and sad, hey.

Your BMI is lying to you. It can't see visceral fat. It can't see muscle. It can't see what's happening around your organs. Here are 5 recent DEXA scans from my clients, and the number BMI completely misses: = Thread =

I love her answer here because this is a question I also ask to myself having such big dreams not just for myself but for my community and country. And I hope some of you are taking inspiration from this as you climb your own mountains.

Not many people know the art of tying a good knot anymore. I was lucky, my father and uncle taught me young. Now it's second nature. I believe once you get it down, your life skills go up. These are simple knots you can master.

WIP from my recent 'BLACKPINK - JUMP' animation I made using my new Artist Pro 19 Gen 2 by XPPen XPPen USA ❤️🙏🏻 Some thoughts on the device: I gotta say, this thing is more than just a pretty 4K screen - it’s a full-on artist’s dream setup. It comes with literally everything you need right out of the box: two styluses, a wireless shortcut remote, changeable nibs, a glove — the whole package. As someone who focuses on animation more than illustration, I was honestly surprised how comfortable and smooth it is to work on. The precision and customization are on point, and it actually adapts to your style, not the other way around. You can literally use this tablet for everything - from illustration to animation, video editing, 3D design and beyond. If you’re thinking of leveling up, you can use my code ‘michaelny5’ for 5% off on the XPPen store! (link in bio) #xppen #blackpink #LISA #art #animation BLACKPINKOFFICIAL LLOUD

Tonight I made my return to animating on YouTube with ksi’s latest video As some of you know, a few years ago I decided to take a break from animating on YouTube… I felt like I’d hit the limit of my ability and lost some of the love for it During that time I taught myself how to use Blender in the hope that 3D might open some new doors and respark my passion for animation… here are a few of the animations from that video

If you are living and breathing today, this is an example of your resilience. All you need to do is recognize it and let it become your core strength. With bagpipe music from my cabin in the wilderness of the Yukon, I'm dispatching joy, hope, healing and positivity.

Your worst thoughts are not your enemies. They are just bad chemistry. And chemistry can be changed. Your body and nervous system can be brought into a balance from which you can tap into endless inspiration. You can set yourself up to get rid of those negative thoughts and replace them with moments of inspiration. How? By utilizing nature to change your body’s chemistry. Dip your hands in icy water. Take a cold shower. Stand barefoot in the winter air for a few minutes. The cold strips away distractions and quiets the mental noise. This is not comfortable nor easy. But in that sharp experience, something shifts. The daily routine and worries seem less relevant. The cold forces your presence to this intense moment. Clarity. Fresh and undeniable. The cold doesn't judge you. It doesn't care about your status, your achievements, your failures. You show up as you are to meet it. Nothing else matters in that moment. And in that meeting, your neurology changes. The cold is really it. Together with the breathing. I will guide you. -Wim
