@Sonos @Apple The new app sucks

@Sonos @Apple They've just released an update that didn't fix any issues. Just think about this: Sonos released a music app that does not allow you to jump from the song you are playing to the album where that song is. That detached from reality.

@Sonos @Apple They obvious are not listening to customers. I am just glad I am on Android and can continue to use the 16.1 release and just not update. For Linux users, noson is also a great solution. Now to find a better solution that supports my Control4 setup.

@Sonos @Apple Never understood how a company that relies on technology can have such a lax attitude to testing. Maybe they think they’re Apple

@Sonos @Apple Glad I’m not the only one Can’t believe they still manage to sell anything with such useless apps I won’t be buying anything else Sonos related again

It goes well beyond the functionality of the app. Setup of some new devices is failing. It took me 3 hours to get a new Roam SL setup. Other users experiencing similar issues. The app is complete junk and the media has been too kind to Sonos. I’ve never seen a tech company with such lack of respect for their customers.

@Sonos @Apple Google Play store as well, this app "upgrade" is a disaster. I wish I could roll it back.

@Sonos @Apple I have never ever left an app review before today. It’s horrible.

@Sonos @Apple Wait till they have to listen to the shareholders… ticktock ticktick #sonos

@Sonos @Apple 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 UX designers know the absolute worst thing you can do to a user is create friction/frustration. Sonos has managed to go way beyond that … they have created #SonosRage
