I’ve had these same deletions, but in the opposite directions. Max out lifts the day of tournament meets or after complaints of muscle strains and needing to take rest. I think a lot of coaches on both sides need to put the athlete first instead of their own personal agendas.

Ya the problem 99.9% of the time is players being over ran in practice, coaches these days are becoming more aware of that thankfully
