The super-reasonable, smiley face and voice of totalitarianism can be as effective as the hammer, when the rules are designed to muzzle the public speech the board finds offensive. The board can listen, then refute at will. This is called debate, the heart of free speech.

@Bikers4America1 This is what happens in many schools across the country. I worked in it. Didn’t agree with it. We were always told, “accept it”. Why? Because there was money thrown at it. A portion went to programs, curriculums, etc. it’s ridiculous and disgusting.
