Using it in 16 projects. "Hundreds of variants" is true, but by default the agent also re-picks the look every run: init never writes design.md, so ours kept landing on cyan-on-dark glass cards. 6 hex tokens + 2 local .woff2 fixed it. Versioning that file is the real win.
