Hiz'bullah and h-amas did what Israel couldn't do with the support of the whole west and the US . I mean hiz'bullah and h-amas won the war by targeting only i'sraeli army and army vehicles , tanks,camps and bases. On the other hand i-srael targets only children,women & buildings
