🚨 José Mourinho on what went wrong against Real Betis: 🗣️ Mourinho: “It was meant to be a game where we played our best, but sometimes in football, things don’t work out as you expect. Adar created a lot of chances in the first half, but Vinícius and Mbappé threw them all away. We need to be more clinical if we really want to win something this season. Tonight, I was impressed with Espi. He only had five minutes to change the momentum of the game, but he looked so sharp. From now on, maybe we should look forward to starting him in games. It’s so sad that we missed a penalty in stoppage time. Mbappé took it too casually, and that’s not how you take an important penalty. We will learn from this and hopefully come back stronger and play better from now on.

Until you are able to accept the fact that millions of foreigners, including some entire foreign governments, want Americans dead, you will never fully understand the steps President Trump and his team are taking now to save America. We CANNOT defeat evil if we refuse to accept that it exists. Evil exists. It’s at our doorstep. It’s already inside our home. It’s sitting at the foot of our bed. Evil PREFERS that you ignore it because that’s where it THRIVES. So take off your headphones. Remove your blinders and take a good long hard look at what is going on. Accept that things have been happening for a long time that will absolutely break your heart. I know this because my heart is broken too. Pray for wisdom and resilience because we are all going through this together whether you want to or not. Whether you live in a red state or blue. Whether you are rich or poor. Whether you have a million X followers or ten. Whether you are 18 or 75. It exists. It’s happening and none of us will be immune. Wherever we go we have no choice but to all go together. It won’t be easy. It won’t be fast. It won’t be convenient and it won’t be on your time schedule. But it’s unavoidable. And it will be worth it.

🚨🗣️ Andoni Iraola on facing Atlético Madrid in his first Champions League match: “It’s a special night for me, of course. My first Champions League game as a manager, and against Atlético. You don’t need extra motivation for a game like this.” “I know Atlético very well. They are aggressive, organised and extremely difficult to play against. Lookman, Julián Álvarez, Baena… they have players who can punish you immediately.” “But we are Liverpool and we play at Anfield. We have Isak, Barcola, Gakpo, Wirtz and Szoboszlai. Behind them, Araújo and Van Dijk give us a lot of strength. We will respect Atlético, but we won’t be afraid of them.” “For me, the Champions League is where you want to be as a coach. On Wednesday, I want to enjoy it, but more importantly, I want #LFC to win it.”

The final stage of the pattern is about to play out or it will be invalidated. The final countdown starts now! It was to be expected that the $75k cluster would be reached, but i expected that for Monday. That’s why I showed you the Ichimoku Cycle Engine perspective, which unfortunately invalidated overnight. (last picture) It feels a bit like there are going to be delays. Since this is a high-timeframe (1W) pattern, delays or deviations may occur on lower timeframes than 1W. You can see that Bitcoin did not print another wick below the blue TEM in 2023. Will it be different this time? Make it or break it, it’s decision time. ⌛️ I will add more to my long around $75,500, scaling down to $73,000. After that I will only add more in the $67k–$69k zone. It doesn't necessarily mean it has to happen again! bitcoin:native

$ Billions spent on the wall. They paint it black so it’s too hot to touch, but on the American side, and now this. That wall is more propaganda than a barrier. If you saw this anywhere else, you’d call it a gate or a fence.

okay i'll be honest i was doomscrolling and accidentally found a 1M view format i was contemplating on sharing this but fuck it the format is a very specific formula → two animated characters → they roleplay a real situation → the app shows up once shortly → no pitch, no voiceover selling it people watch it like a show it's TikTok slideshows, but animated slideshows were easier to make and significantly cheaper so everyone ran to those but now that's changed i just created 12 different animation styles now just deciding on the winner with Rork Max i built my app in days now the distribution will take just a few more you might not even realize how blessed you are to live in these times so much opportunity

Recently there was increased discussion about DMCA takedown requests being used in bad faith between competitors on Shopify. I can confirm that the volume of these has very much increased recently. Let me give you some examples of what we are doing about it. Our goal is to work within the DMCA’s framework and make a system in which the right things happen quickly. We want to give merchants the maximum time to respond with the minimum disruption. We also need legitimate claims to resolve in favor of the claimants quickly. The first thing we did recently is to productize this properly. We shipped a feature to manage these cases directly in the Shopify admin to make it a lot more obvious. Before that a lot was managed through form emails. This process is now much simpler and faster. The second thing we did is to make the identity system more robust so that we know more about the claims filed. We consider the claimants previous cases in order to decide what decisions to take. Similarly we consider documentation from previous cases that merchants had to deal with more strongly to make accurate decisions when repeat claims are received against products. If we detect bad faith claims from accounts we take action. We recently filed multiple lawsuits against claimants in court. This matches our aggressive stance when we see frivolous or bad faith patent action in which we had a lot of success invalidating bad patents. The end result of this is that we catch spammy or frivolous claims at much higher frequency already. We also make responding to cases much easier and this can be managed directly from the admin now and is less work for the merchants. Lots of additional improvements coming- but what I can guarantee you is that that Shopify will be the worst platform on which to make fraudulent DMCA claims on. “Be merchant obsessed” is a core value here, and we reflect that better in this area.

every time art and technology collide, it gets uncomfortable. photography, cgi, nfts. now it’s ai. inevitably, the people who lean in early, long before it’s fully accepted, are the ones who end up shaping what comes next. doodles was born out of this exact contention. we aim to do it again. when we decided to build Doodles AI, we built it as a first-party tool. trained exclusively on ip we own, on a visual language i’ve spent my entire career formulating. the goal was speed, but even more so, relevance. the ability to participate in culture in real time. because that’s what true internet-native brands should all be striving for. we’ve been running it internally for a while now, and the impact is tangible: more viral posts, more growth, more attention. but it was too powerful, too satisfying, and too fun to not share it widely. a strong ip doesn’t weaken when you open it up. it gets rediscovered from angles you couldn’t have planned for, by people you never would’ve reached. creativity has always had gatekeepers. skill. time. access. often, it’s a game of privilege. plenty of people have taste and vision but just don’t have the tools to match it. i’m proud to contribute my life’s work to this new era of co-authorship, with a singular style as the galvanizer. the best way to predict the future is to invent today.

Sorry if I did not answer many of you. I’ve never been a fan of the online eulogy. The immediate fallout is always about loved ones. And we should leave those closest be. And then I realised of course I was just incredibly upset, and a large digital outpouring is inevitable and testament to his character. My devastation came from having to watch it all unfold. From spending years trying to help and actually getting him close to a point where he almost had a normal life again - then being powerless to stop him doing things he should not have. Powerless in every sense as it also meant it sometimes not being my place to say anything. In the end watching some of the evil shits around enable the worst of it was too much for me, I had to step back it was too painful to watch. I told my mate who was filling in for me looking after him “ah I just need some space from it all, I’ll be back with him after Christmas” and then suddenly there was no Christmas. And it turned out no one was to blame, and I immediately looked to blame myself most of all, fearing the worst. But it was a simple accident in the end. A bolt out of the blue. So if you are ever estranged or overwhelmed by friends and family and think it will all be OK one day - DON’T put it off. Reach out now. Grab that person and hold them tight. There may not be a tomorrow. You might not be around to see them off. There may not be the grand luxury of time available you thought there was. He died in the arms of his beloved son, and that is a measure of comfort, if a passing can ever have any. He was my mentor, my friend and my glad burden. And there was nothing I would not do for him.

#LEC Commissioner Artem Bykov on the Jojopyun 🇨🇦 situation and how feedback from fans, teams and players led Riot to reconsider its boundaries going forward: "The rules are the same for everybody, but we have a certain degree of flexibility to interpret the situation." "The context matters. A lot of the situations are not black and white. There's a lot of gray area, and we do have agency in deciding this." "[...] there's been the situation with Jojopyun in Madrid in Spring." "There's a lot to be said about this weekend, but after it happened, we saw feedback from fans. We spoke to the teams. We also have regular player representative meetings. They also shared their feedback, and we realized that we need to reconsider where our boundaries are when it comes to these behaviors."

🎙️ Raphinha after FC Barcelona’s 7-2 win: 🤝 On Hansi Flick and their relationship: “I can’t speak about others, but the truth is I’ve always said this and I’ll keep saying it forever. He’s the coach who changed my mindset so much inside the club, as well as the way I look at myself. That’s why I’m so grateful to him, and whenever I can, I’ll prove it to him.” 📈 On his level and always wanting to improve: “I think it’s always important to think that there’s something you need to improve. I’ll never tell you that I’m fine or that I’ve reached my best level, because if I said that, I’d be lying. I always try to improve everything I can, and I’m certain there’s still something more I can offer the team than what I’m offering now. I’m happy with the goals and the victory, and I think that’s the most important thing. But we have to keep improving, not just individually, but as a team as well.” 🎯 On playing as a striker: “The truth is, I’m comfortable there and scoring goals. I feel like I’m in good form.” Reporter: “Not bad, is it?” Raphinha: “No, not bad.” 😅 🤝 On Lamine after missing the penalty and helping his teammates: “This is normal, and that’s why whenever I can, I’ll try to help him, not just him, but Karim and Gabriel as well. I, more than anyone else, know that a striker needs his goal. We’re trying to do everything we can so he can score. We’re like a family here, and in a family everyone needs to be okay and moving in the same direction. So whenever we can, each one of us tries to help the other.” 🔥 On Adeyemi, the new players and Barça’s mentality: “I think this is the players’ hunger and their constant desire to achieve more. We have a mentality that whenever we can, we should look for more goals and create more chances. On top of that, it shows on the pitch just how strong our bond is as teammates. In that moment, I think Karim saw Lamine in a much better position to score the goal. And I think if we keep going this way, we have everything it takes to be at the top.” 💙❤️

Midjourney sref + Sora 2 Pro is the sauce. With one Midjourney style image, you can give a specific style for your entire project. I created two different 12-second clips and edited them together. Some details aren’t fully consistent, like the iPod or AirPods because the clips were made separately from a single image (Character in a specific style). It could be fixed in post-production, but that would take more time, and this was more of an experimental test. It would be great to add the actual product image with the current one to maintain product consistency. I feel like if there were a way to add 2–4 images into this workflow, it could open up a lot more possibilities and consistency. With an API, it could be possible. Or let’s see what Veo 3.1 has to offer.

Confession: We were wrong about OpenClaw🦞. We thought that giving each teammate a personal agent was the future. But a few weeks in, logins expired, integrations broke, and our Claws became a pain to maintain. We killed the last of our Claws last month (RIP) and pivoted to a shared company agent. The Every Agent lives in Slack, so the whole team uses it. However, if you still need a personal Claw to do recurring tasks, are willing to maintain it, and want more control than the company agent will let you, setting up a personal agent may still be worth it. We’ve just updated our OpenClaw guide to reflect where they tend to break and how to limit their authority:

I’ve been using the early version of Naval's new app Airchat for a year. Last week it went viral. And with it the haters came out in full force. Here’s why I’m still bullish on Airchat and believe it will change social media forever: 💬 Talk with real people: Twitter is the closest app to Airchat right now. But it’s completely impersonal. I’ve already built stronger connections with people on Airchat than I have from years of using Twitter. 🎤 Transcription is awesome. Voice notes are long. You don’t know if they're relevant. Having a text version of the voice note to scan makes it easier to find relevant content. 🗣️ Transcription supports multiple languages. I can record in Hebrew, and you’ll read it in English. It works great! Try it! 👥 Groups: launched this week. This focuses discussions around specific topics. Can’t wait to see more of this in the weeks ahead. 🏆 Talk to people you couldn't in other settings. Part of this is because it's so early. But you can speak to people like Naval that you wouldn't have been able to speak to otherwise. And a response to the haters: “It’s just Clubhouse” It’s not. Saying it’s Clubhouse is like saying Zoom is Clubhouse. Or a Podcast is Clubhouse. Clubhouse is sync. Airchat is async. Clubhouse is 1:many. Airchat is 1:1. “It’ll die down. Every new social app dies” Maybe. Creating a new social app is hard. It might die. But what’s that matter to you. The relationships you build last whether or not the app becomes a unicorn. “Twitter will just copy it like they copied Clubhouse” They might eventually. But what’s that matter unless you’re an investor in Airchat? I predict apps will copy it. Discord channels will offer this feature, and it will be awesome. Turning text chats into real conversations. WhatsApp is long overdue transcription for voice notes. Ideas from Airchat will get added to many apps. “I can’t use Airchat in places I can’t talk” The intimacy of Airchat is a feature, not a bug. Certain settings are meant for talking, others aren’t. Airchat is about conversations with people. You can’t do Zoom meetings everywhere either. “Twitter conversations are also conversations” Yes, but they’re far less intimate. You’re talking to a wall of text, not a person. You don’t date over text, you date over voice. It’s more intimate. You’re talking to a real person. “The content is boring” It will improve over time. There will be more content. The algorithm will improve to show you the best content. Groups will allow you to find specific content you're interested in. “I prefer Twitter” Good. Use Twitter. I use it too. “The hype will die down” Probably. But what’s that matter to you? You’ll only use apps that have 100m DAU? Successful social apps have early hype that dies down, and then grow steadily after that. 🪭 As you can tell, I’m a fan 🪭 If you’re on the app feel free to say hi. My username is `eliezer`.
