On the topic of mobiles I have found that my plan is more than expected because they split the "device payment" out separately from the "plan payment". I saw the device payment but thought it was inside the plan but nope. And it wasn't made totally clear tbh.

I tried this today and they (Lebara) did indeed offer me some deals to entice me to stay but none as good as my current MSE Exclusive tariff!

Haha cant even talk to Sky they've moved all customer services to India and south africa the Indian sector cant even speak English (honestly) we've been in a repair conflict for weeks with no response so I doubt any emails about cut price deals will do a job for anyone
