Here is the guy and the two ladies stopping traffic in the middle of the street. You can hear him yelling at the person in the white SUV. You can see the border patrol agents parked across the street in front of the place where they were going to arrest the criminal illegal alien and coming out of their cars. On Saturday evening a CAT Deputy who also happens be a Motor Deputy stopped this moped with no plates driving through the snow. The driver works in West Omaha and lives in near Carter Lake. Deputies warned him of the dangers driving his moped on snow packed roads and he agreed but added the moped is his only mode of transportation to work. The driver was given a warning for no proof of ownership and sent on his way home. We all want to make it to work and provide for our families, and it’s hard not to feel for someone who has no other way to get there. While it's not illegal, a two wheeled vehicle on snow-packed roads is very dangerous.
