Hiding from a thermal drone using just a simple umbrella.

Finally a practical use for the umbrella I never open 😭

An Apache pilot can find you. You can't hide from them even if behind a boulder.

The camera doesn't see you, it sees your heat. The umbrella just blocks it. Works great right up until the drone pilot wonders why a mushroom is walking across the field. 😝

My next umbrella is definitely Camo in color.

A simple umbrella making such a difference is fascinating. It shows how creative thinking can sometimes outsmart advanced technology.

billion dollar sensors versus one umbrella from the corner shop

Thanks for the tip
