Not caste. But agriarian behaviour. This is most of the small towner Indian with power (societal, land or job based). An average long time resident of Mumbai, Bengaluru or Chennai would never behave like this. Lack of urbanism is the problem. Not caste.

Now you know why India never had a revolution. Even if you ignore class, caste in itself, is too strong a tool of oppression. While the Indian constitution guarantees equal rights, Indian society is fundamentally devoid of egalitarian values that the Chinese society is built on.

After an argument with her family, she was travelling to stay with her cousin in Noida. She boarded a sleeper bus at Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. Police say the driver and conductor raped her and later dropped her at Delhi’s Kashmiri Gate bus terminal. The distance from Pari Chowk to Kashmiri Gate is about 47 km. Accused driver Kuldeep and conductor Sandeep have been arrested. The sleeper bus had curtains, so the interior was not visible from outside.

ALERT: Mother smashed the window of a school bus and crawled through the window after the driver wouldn't let the kids out in California. Students on a Calaveras Unified school bus were stuck for about an hour after rowdy kids forced the bus driver to stop and call law enforcement. A 12-year-old student on the bus said, "Everybody was screaming and stuff because they were excited to get off the bus.” During the screaming, another student crawled out of the window, causing the driver to stop the bus and say, “Sit down, roll up the windows,” as they waited for law enforcement. Nichole Wellington said her son called her, scared, and that after arriving, he was still not allowed off the bus; she advised him to escape through the window as well. Rebecca Glover, another parent, thought the opposite and told her kids to remain seated, since the bus driver was trying to keep them safe. The Calaveras County Sheriff's Office said, "During the incident, the parent struck the bus door, breaking the glass. The parent was ultimately taken into custody at the School District's request for vandalism."
