WHY kids need quality training! 1) Kids play sports so much now that they are becoming physically illiterate. Lots of high skill… but not always lots of high movement capabilities.. Long term? This is no bueno. 2) Increasing speed. The windows of opportunity for best enhancing traits of speed for athletes occur between 8-12 years old. This does not mean that kids cannot get faster past that age, but why WOULDNT we want our kids to become faster. Outside of genetics, it needs to be trained! 3) Less likely to burnout, have injuries and increased chances of being a healthy active adult. Let’s remember… 99% of the kids playing sports will not go pro. Let’s set them up for life skills!

My hypothesis: Early humans who were migrating out via India were trapped in the Himalayas of present North East India during ice age. The extreme cold and lack of sun made their skin very pale (to help make more vit-d), made their eyes smaller (to see well during snow storms), noses and face flatter (to reduce loss of body heat), less dense eyebrows (to prevent snow from sticking) etc. These are classic Asian facial features. Then, once ice age was over, they migrated out to Asia populating China, Korea, and as far as Japan. So my hypothesis is East Asians originated in India. Not the other way around it is said that "North East Indians share genetics with East Asians." It is East Asians who carry genetics of North East Indians. Migration of humans happened east ward from India, not into India. And genetic diversity of North East India is much higher than say China, Japan, or Korea. Just like Africa's genetic variation is very high compared to Arabia or Europe.

Genome analysis with AI is cool i guess - but a simple CLI wasn't enough for me. Introducing HGI (Human Genome Interface): HGI connects agents to highly optimized bioinformatics tools, performing a full genome analysis in ~1 minute (!) on a MacBook Pro. It identifies both known and novel high-risk variants, all analyzed by LLMs. Compressing the pipeline from the original >60 minutes down to this timeframe was an exciting computer science and bioinformatics challenge. Thrilled with the results, as the current framework enables a genuine "talk to your genome" experience. HGI significantly boosts AI capabilities, as LLMs typically struggle with standard genetics and bioinformatics tools and tasks. Currently for research purposes only, but open for inquiries.
