High reps don't build muscle better than low reps. They just make you tired faster, which feels like you worked harder, which your brain interprets as "this must be working." Meanwhile low rep training: - Generates more mechanical tension - Causes less systemic fatigue - Allows better recovery between sessions - Permits progressive overload more reliably But it doesn't make you feel destroyed. So we assume it's insufficient and add 12 more sets of cable work to "finish the muscle."

A brick? What am I going to do? Mini pieces of art and history that l'm making with casting molds. Each one's a copy of a stonewall brick with my artwork on it, inspired by the Stonewall legacy and our communities resilience. The plan? Drop them around NYC - hide them in corners, parks, random spots - kinda like a city-wide treasure hunt. Each brick tells a story, sparks convo, and hopefully makes someone stop and feel something. BYU will be a top school. I grew up a BYU fan, and Coach Poppinga and Coach Warren have showed me that just because my original recruiters are no longer with the program they still want me, and I am a high priority for them. Hey X, Family, friends, and warriors on here, I need to share something heavy that's been on my heart for only a couple of days. The doctors recently gave me news of cancer and a short 12-month timeline at best. I call BS on that. I feel strong, I'm fighting with everything I have, and I'm positive I'll beat this by God's grace. I'm anxiously waiting on a second opinion from another oncologist right now. Today I broke the news to my kiddos, all but the one overseas. My minors at home (including our new little Spider-Man who's been adjusting with us the past week after coming from a tough situation) and my college boy are now in the know. As a widower with no other living relatives, these boys depend on me, and I've never hidden things from them. We prayed together and we're standing on faith. I've only been carrying this quietly for a couple days, but I can't keep it hidden any longer. So many of you depend on me for the behind-the-scenes help and encouragement, and I have several close friends right here on this platform who have beaten the odds ,true God's warriors. Their testimonies fire me up. I know I'll join them in victory. Scripture I'm standing on: " Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." (James 5:14-15) Also, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2) Please cover me and my boys in prayer. I'm trusting God for complete healing and many more years of ministry, fatherhood, and service. He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it. Let's believe together, the battle is the Lord's. Much love and gratitude, Moon 🌙

Mzansi National Importance Please Help. 📍🇿🇦💔 Can someone please send help? I've been employed on and off, trying to make a way for my son and me. I live in a toxic household, where you're the best when you can give money but you're nothing when you don't have anything. I have a deadbeat baby daddy who doesn't support me. I've endured so much for the entirety of my life, but I can't anymore. I wanna get away from this house where people bully me, where I'm isolated, gossiped about. I wanna flee. I feel like ending things. My family has been the root of my pain, towards myself but also my child. tonight we had the biggest fight and they tried to make me seem like I'm a bad mother because I at times keep my son in my bedroom with me, but it's because of how they treat him. The colorist comments, the way they break down his self-esteem calling him "blou ding", "k#ffer", and more. When I told my mother I'll take legal action against them, she told me that the police will see that I'm crazy. She also threatened me by saying she'll take me to court and say I abuse my child!!!! I don't abuse my child I sometimes yell at him out of frustration cause I'll tell him to stay with me but he'll go to them. He's 5 so he obviously doesn't understand why I don't want him around them. I feel embarrassed for having to come to the internet with my problems, especiially since I've always beem taught to hide the ugly but I can't anymore. 😭😭😭 Someone send help. Whether it's a ngo that can help, a job application, a learnership, anything. I just need to get me and my child out of this household. I'm tired.
