Instead of making them happy with your support, you might make them feel uncomfortable. It can disturb other travellers and create chaos in the airport. Let's be lovely fans by showing our support in a respectful and considerate manner 🙇‍♀️

High reps don't build muscle better than low reps. They just make you tired faster, which feels like you worked harder, which your brain interprets as "this must be working." Meanwhile low rep training: - Generates more mechanical tension - Causes less systemic fatigue - Allows better recovery between sessions - Permits progressive overload more reliably But it doesn't make you feel destroyed. So we assume it's insufficient and add 12 more sets of cable work to "finish the muscle."

A brick? What am I going to do? Mini pieces of art and history that l'm making with casting molds. Each one's a copy of a stonewall brick with my artwork on it, inspired by the Stonewall legacy and our communities resilience. The plan? Drop them around NYC - hide them in corners, parks, random spots - kinda like a city-wide treasure hunt. Each brick tells a story, sparks convo, and hopefully makes someone stop and feel something. I'll also be selling these so you don't need to be in nyc looking for these to get one of your own! But I don't wanna do this alone. I'm tryna team up with powerful voices - brands, orgs, people who care - to make this bigger than just art. I want these bricks to raise awareness, represent the community, and be a reminder that our history is everywhere - not just in museums. Let's make noise. Let's make people look. Animal ag pushes Ag-gag laws that make it illegal to film or expose what happens inside farms and slaughterhouses, so consumers cannot see what their money actually supports. The video shows a farmer and animal abuser urinating on a calf. That's disturbing, but it's not surprising. It reflects how animal ag views animals as property, slaves, and objects. It's a system built on forced impregnation and taking away animals' milk, eggs, babies, skin, wool, etc. Animal Ag treats innocent and vulnerable animals worse than the worst of our own species. And while not every farmer pees on animals, they all view them as lesser beings, as slaves, as resources. They are only kept alive so they make money. They can only make money when we pay for them. Please leave animal products and violence off your plate. Animal Ag reflects the worst of humanity. It's evil. BYU will be a top school. I grew up a BYU fan, and Coach Poppinga and Coach Warren have showed me that just because my original recruiters are no longer with the program they still want me, and I am a high priority for them. These 2 Addu High School students first attacked the other student you see in the video, on the street, pushing him to the ground and kicking his head and body, then continued the attack later on the bus. It has been 72 hours since the attack, yet Principal Nadeem is delaying the investigation, fearing he could be transferred to another school if the matter reaches the media. This is his 2nd major failure involving assault, bullying and fighting in 12 months time. This school is being undermined by incompetence. Principal Nadeem only cares about bright students and 90% of his focus is on them, to make sure at least 10-15 students make it to top ten each year.

Hey X, Family, friends, and warriors on here, I need to share something heavy that's been on my heart for only a couple of days. The doctors recently gave me news of cancer and a short 12-month timeline at best. I call BS on that. I feel strong, I'm fighting with everything I have, and I'm positive I'll beat this by God's grace. I'm anxiously waiting on a second opinion from another oncologist right now. Today I broke the news to my kiddos, all but the one overseas. My minors at home (including our new little Spider-Man who's been adjusting with us the past week after coming from a tough situation) and my college boy are now in the know. As a widower with no other living relatives, these boys depend on me, and I've never hidden things from them. We prayed together and we're standing on faith. I've only been carrying this quietly for a couple days, but I can't keep it hidden any longer. So many of you depend on me for the behind-the-scenes help and encouragement, and I have several close friends right here on this platform who have beaten the odds ,true God's warriors. Their testimonies fire me up. I know I'll join them in victory. Scripture I'm standing on: " Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." (James 5:14-15) Also, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2) Please cover me and my boys in prayer. I'm trusting God for complete healing and many more years of ministry, fatherhood, and service. He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it. Let's believe together, the battle is the Lord's. Much love and gratitude, Moon 🌙
