I’m glad born that era.. where walkman, mtv, cassette, are worth to waiting for it play. No easy fast forward/next.

I swear, I really miss walking into school and already knowing who was mad at who purely from body language and hallway vibes… no group chat required.

Back then, high school kids actually looked like they’re just about to become adults (as they should). Nowadays, high school “kids” look like they still belong in elementary school. What happened…? (Don’t say phones).

It's amazing that the constant from those times was the almost everyone was thin. It was rare that you see an obese person, now that's all you see. Great times, though.

I don't think the problem is smartphones, it's Social Media. No one would spend 6+ hours a day just Googling things or doing anything else on the Internet on their smartphones(unless maybe something work related). Used to be Social Media was used to keep in touch with friends/family that you don't see IRL much, now it's morphed into a Societal Cancer that just keeps metastasizing.
