Felt compelled to pile on here I got my sauna a few weeks ago I have no clue about the heart rate stuff I have no clue about any of the body weight stuff But what I do know? Holy crap my joints feel better after a workout. It’s extremely noticeable I played hockey my entire life and broke practically everything Torn knees. Shoulder surgery on both sides. Severe back injury. Etc etc The sauna is helping in ways I could not have predicted I can feel my body saying ‘Thank You!’ This thing will have a huge net positive impact on my life. I imagine it will be even more prominent as I continue to age. Highly recommended.

Right around 295 to 298 pounds consistently right now, and feeling really good. Last week I started adding in more Zone 2 fat-burning cardio along with my high-intensity interval training, and I can feel the difference already. Just taking it one day at a time, staying consistent, getting in 30 minutes in the hot tub today, some sun, vitamin D, and getting mentally and physically ready for a great chest and cardio workout. Stay disciplined, stay patient, trust the process, and that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!

aku post di sini aja sekalian yapping..😭 my friend literally sent me a screenshot saying i’m getting talked about by the same people who used to bully me back in SMK wkwkwk. it’s kinda funny because i never thought i’d be this confident with my own face. dulu aku sering banget dikatain “mukanya putih tapi jerawatan banget anj”, bahkan pernah dipanggil “muka batu bara” karena muka aku emang full breakout, terus "jelek, bibirnya kecil" like bro wtf.. and honestly… those words ruined my confidence. i spent almost 2 years hiding myself.. jarang foto, jarang upload apa" and always thinking people were staring at my face. but look at me now, after graduating, i slowly healed my skin, got through all those breakouts, started loving myself again and finally had the courage to be active on social media. and now they still have something to say?😭 that’s okay. because at least, this time, i’m finally living my life instead of hiding from it. i’d rather be happy being myself than spend my whole life worrying about what people think. people will always talk anyway, so let them. i’m just really proud of how far i’ve come🤍.

It's not only relatable, but it's very straightforward We're showing a fit creator How many of us aspire to be in that good of shape? The idea is to show an aspiring fitness level And how someone who is busy can achieve it, even if they don't have a ton of free time We don't want to sell an intimidating amount of work that needs to be done Because no one wants to think about doing 2 hrs of exercise every day + dieting + supplements Workout WHILE you do other tasks Remove the pressure of going somewhere else to workout You can see there aren't a ton of shots. Kept it simple and just had different angles of the creator using the product. So what can you take away from all this? #1 - Give the viewer realistic goals they can achieve with the product (taking 10k steps, rather than "you'll lose 30lbs" - seems much more believable). #2 - Video doesn't have to be complex. If your product is very visual, just showcase the product being used. You don't need to get fancy with your edits. Let the product do the selling.
