The son of Israel's ambassador to the U.S. was seriously injured in a car-ramming attack in the West Bank on Tuesday, according to his father, Ambassador Yechiel Leiter, and statements from the Israeli military and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Earlier in the day, the IDF reported a car-ramming attack at a checkpoint in the central West Bank. The IDF said one soldier was "severely injured" but did not share more on his condition. It was later revealed that Leiter's son, Neria Leiter, is being treated at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem and that Netanyahu visited him ahead of his trip to the United Nations.

#WATCH | Nadia, West Bengal: On the Nakashipara double murder case, West Bengal Congress President Shubhankar Sarkar says, "There was a leader of ours; his son was not a political worker himself...he, too, had an affinity for the Congress party and had been a member of the Chhatra Parishad…the issue is that while his father was directly involved in politics, the son was murdered. We condemn this unequivocally…the police were fully aware of the situation yet took no action. We have only one demand: those arrested must face such exemplary punishment that no one would ever dare to contemplate such an act again. A father and son were brutally killed in Nadia district. I demand that the government provide financial compensation, totalling Rs 1 crore, to the family…”

JUST IN: Minister Dominique Alexander, who is representing Karmelo Anthony, blasts Austin Metcalf's father for being "disrespectful" for showing up to his press conference. You can't make this up. Anthony admitted to stabbing Metcalf in the heart, however, the family of Karmelo Anthony appears to believe he is the victim. "The father being at this press conference, these are my words, don't quote anybody, is a disrespect to the dignity of his son." The comment comes after reports that the Anthony family has moved into a new home with money that was raised on GiveSendGo.

Yes, that is what the boy wanted. He has struggled a lot for the last five years. He has come back from the brink of death. Yes, not once, not three times, but four times there were attempts to kill him. Till today, where no one else has gone, he has gone alone. From here, from the north, south, and east… that boy has fought alone. And whatever he learned from childhood came from his father. His father was like that too." ICE detain man with assault rifle up & waving it around his head—then kicks him on sidewalk. Agent then pointed the firearm at man's son—who was just asking to see a warrant. "They kicked him, yeah," his son said. "I felt useless, I couldn’t do anything." He has lived in U.S. for more than 30 years—he has 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Jose Campollo was falsely arrested for an unspecified violation in 1994—and was subsequently released without any charges. He is currently locked up at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles, California. #DemsUnited

This father had never missed any of his son’s baseball games in his life. He had to miss this tournament because his best friend was getting married and he was a groomsman. He woke up at 3:30AM and drove 100 MPH that Sunday morning to try to and at least make the Sunday games after missing the Saturdays games. And, of course this was the only tournament all year that his son’s team lost their first game on Sunday, so he didn't make it in time because the first game was at 8 and there was no second game. When he pulled up his son saw him and he ran full speed and jumped into his arms and wouldn’t let go. Dad said his son told him, “daddy, you can’t ever miss again. I love you so much. Not having you with me this weekend made me feel so empty, please never miss again, I'm so thankful your my daddy!” 🥹 His wife filmed that video. ❤️ I remember those days well. Speeding like a bat out of hell to make it on time. I have always made my kid’s games and activities. It’s what I live for. And the few times I had to miss, I felt like I let them down. What a great father he is. That boy is fortunate. 💯 Do you remember this feeling? Trying your hardest to make it to one of their activities and just feeling sad that you couldn’t be there?

Secret Footage Of Russian Turncoat And MI6 Agent Reveals How The West Sabotages Sovereign Countries Since the birth of its unipolar world order at the 1944 Bretton Woods Conference, the West has maintained a tight grip on global power by sabotaging nations that dare to oppose it. Its intelligence agencies deploy many methods to this effect, but one very popular method is the use of so-called “opposition” figures in sovereign countries – which incidentally just happen to be progressing in a way that threatens the West — to stage so-called “revolutions” in order to topple their progressive governments and install more subservient regimes. In this secretly-recorded 2012 video, Vladimir Ashurkov, confidant to now late Russian “opposition” figure Alexie Navalny, is seen discussing with an MI6 agent about getting more funding from the West for his "opposition" “movement”. So ask yourself… if this is what the West is willing to do in nuclear-armed Russia, what is it doing in African countries?

I wasn't sure if I'd share this video or not, but I think it's a vitally important message. This is my son's new father-in-law speaking at the wedding Saturday night. He is in the terminal phase of his battle with stomach cancer and spent a week in the hospital leading up to the wedding. So often people focus on what's best for them individually and not on what's best for the marriage. My son is blessed to have married into this family. Jeff is also an author - I'll link his Amazon page in the reply.

#Illini Bret Bielema with some big praise for AD Josh Whitman as Illinois has football, men's basketball and women's basketball (among others) finding success. "He should be one of the highest paid, if he's not the highest paid athletic director in the country. He's unbelievably gifted. I think we got to all keep in mind how rare this is, and how awesome this moment is. He's a very special person to be leading this whole shop." Bielema says many schools will zero in on one sport, but the well-rounded success Whitman has built at Illinois is impressive. Bret Bielema Josh Whitman

A Miraculous Visit of Saint Paisios In this powerful scene from a Greek television series, a desperate young man comes to Saint Paisios, begging him to pray for his father, who has a tumor on his neck “as big as an orange.” The saint gently promises, “I will come and visit him.” The young man returns home and tells his mother that the elder is coming. Meanwhile, his gravely ill father, lying in bed, is suddenly surrounded by an intense, bright light. When it fades, he sits up and asks his family, “Did you offer him something? You should have offered the monk some food before he left. He was just here. He made the sign of the cross on my neck.” The son and mother, who saw no one enter, are stunned. When the father turns his head, they all see it: the large tumor has completely vanished.

A 13-year-old is not a rollout. She is a child standing in front of one. Megyn Kelly said the quiet part. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West put North on that path. Dazed put her on the cover. She released a debut album at 12, already performed with her father, and they are lining up more stage work. Kelly read the video lyrics on air: chased, betrayed, “seeing blood daily.”Her son was born a month later, in July 2013. He is still in a backyard. North is already in a magazine cycle. Kim blocking a bridge piercing is one limit. It does not undo years of putting a child on camera and calling it a career. Kids are not a brand.

Even as a war and conflict reporter who has reported through, deaths, bombs, riots & rockets, I found this among the toughest interviews I’ve ever done. I met the 91 year old ailing father of Capt Sumeet Sabharwal, pilot of the Air India 171 plane that crashed seconds after it left Ahmedabad for London. In the twilight of his life , the father has turned warrior for the reputation of his son . “Hurt Like Hell” he told me through tears, his frail frame trembling, as he spoke of the whispers around his son having deliberately crashed the plane as part of some crazed suicide mission. Pushkar Raj Sabharwal is now in the Supreme Court fighting for a new independent judicial probe into the crash. And the findings of a whistleblower report on the 787 plane’s “electrical failures” submitted to the U.S. Senate vindicates him and his fight. Could not feign any emotional distance in this conversation. Especially when he placed his hand on my head and said “Jeete Raho” the floodgates burst open and I could not hold back my tears. I don’t know Sumeet or his father. This is his first and only interview and I can only thank him for trusting me with his pain. As he told me before he left, this is not only about his son; it’s about the truth. The full conversation is up on our channel Mojo Story here
