It made me hate Rover so much. I had so many mixed feelings about both characters. I will write my thoughts about this quest when I'm 100% recovered from it.

I love what Kuro did with Phrolova. She's a character consumed by guilt and grief and when given the slightest bit of hope to have what she wants most back she takes it to the absolute extreme because its that important to her. She did awful things, but most can say "I get it"

Rover did nothing wrong. He had hisbhands already full. There must be a reason why he erased himself. As for this rover, he doesn't even know her.
