Highly Flammable/Highly Explosive Vapour Cloud Ignition, Mexico. Believed to be an LPG release from the local fuel station on the right.

So they all just sit there and watch this strange low level cloud float around them…..

I actually attended a release which caused a similar effect in the UK, and people drove through that one too thinking it was low lying fog/mist. That’s why early intervention and controlling access and egress to the area is key, looks like this is in early stages of incident.

I'm not sure why it's taking so long for vehicles to get out of there 😳

You can see when the diesel engine takes in the gas and it runs away and explodes.

Laying low and slow moving. Appears to have cryogenic properties. I am suspecting LNG.
