I actually attended a release which caused a similar effect in the UK, and people drove through that one too thinking it was low lying fog/mist. That’s why early intervention and controlling access and egress to the area is key, looks like this is in early stages of incident.

You can see when the diesel engine takes in the gas and it runs away and explodes.

Laying low and slow moving. Appears to have cryogenic properties. I am suspecting LNG.
