The antivirals did reduce the risk of long covid but they were suddenly withdrawn in my area when I needed them, and my GP was shocked to discover this - she hadn't been informed by the Integrated Care Board that the service was ended. I was V poorly, now have long covid

i actually did stub my toe today in the worst way possible, and it still hurts
