People who hate on Iron Man 3 completely miss the brilliance of this exact moment. Calling individual modular suit pieces across state lines using micro transmitters implanted in your nervous system is peak Tony Stark engineering. The Mark 42 wasn't built for raw defense it was built for instant deployment anywhere, anytime, because Tony was suffering from severe post NY PTSD.

When big-budget Indian films often fail to deliver convincing De-Aging, this small-budget Dhyan film genuinely surprised me. 👏🔥 They perfectly recreated the exact look Dhyan Sreenivasan had during the early phase of his career.

🔴💄Michael Carrick Hints at Defensive and Midfield Reinforcements Ahead of Manchester United’s Title Charge Next Season 🗣️ “To win a trophy next season, We understand where we need to improve. Manchester United must continue strengthening the squad with the right additions. We are working on that.” 🗣️ “We are focused on building a balanced team with quality in every department. The players coming in must have the ability, mentality, and character to make an impact.” 🗣️ “Defensive stability is a key area because strong teams are built on a solid foundation. We want more leadership, consistency, and reliability at the back.” 🗣️ “In midfield, we are looking for the right qualities to control games, create opportunities, and provide the energy required to compete at the highest level.” 🗣️ “Every signing has to match the standards of Manchester United. We are not just adding numbers; we are bringing in players who understand the responsibility of this badge.” 🗣️ “Our ambition is clear: build a stronger team, challenge for major trophies, and give our supporters a Manchester United side capable of fighting for the title next season.”

Dear Nick Mangwana, Peace be upon you, my dear brother. I want to share with you a heartbreaking experience I had yesterday. A group of Zimbabwean and African parents in the diaspora asked me to speak to their young children about Zimbabwe and Africa once or twice a month via Zoom, depending on my availability, to help keep them grounded and connected to their roots. Yesterday, during one of our sessions, a child raised the issue of lawlessness in the country and the stalled or arrested development in post-colonial Zimbabwe. What hurt me, Nick, was when one of the young participants, 15 years old to be precise, remarked; “Perhaps it was better for Ian Smith to have held on for another ten years. He could have built more things for our country and then left in 1990.” It is painful, Nick, because governance has failed so badly that our own children are now wishing colonial rule had lasted a little longer, just to benefit from its infrastructure programmes. The same child went on to say that ZANUPF’s argument about sanctions, quoting him, “is idiotic, because Ian Smith was under proper economic sanctions with a trade embargo, something that you, Uncle Hope, have articulated publicly and is known by anyone and everyone.” This is painful, Nick, because your boss, Vice President Kembo Mohadi, said the same thing in a different way in the video below inadvertently broadcast on the state run broadcaster I know you are afraid to respond because you might lose your job, but I share this with you publicly so that you, too, can take a moment to reflect on the failures authored by ZANUPF, failures now being acknowledged by the Vice President himself. This also shows the futility of propaganda Nick, because young kids are reading. They know more than we give them credit for. What should be done, Nick?

Patrick Stewart on Trump (2017): “You might say to me, well, you’re not an American, what has it got to do with you? The fact is when America sneezes, the world catches a cold. America I think is on the edge of a very bad flu infection and it’s because of the man who’s in the White House”

30 uncomfortable things you should do alone (to build extreme confidence): 1. go to a restaurant and eat alone without using your phone. 2. go to a movie theater by yourself. 3. sit at a coffee shop alone for an hour and just observe people. 4. travel to a new city by yourself. 5. attend an event or class where you know nobody. 6. spend an entire day alone without texting or calling anyone. 7. write down your biggest fears and face one of them. 8. turn your phone off for a full day. 9. sit in silence for 30 minutes with no distractions. 10. journal honestly about your mistakes and what you learned 11. wake up at 5 am for 30 days straight. 12. go to the gym alone consistently. 13. take yourself on a solo workout challenge (run, gym, long walk). 14. cook all your meals for a full day. 15. read a full book in a quiet environment. 16. write a personal mission statement for your life. 17. list the habits that are holding you back. 18. spend a full day in nature by yourself. 19. take a long drive with no destination. 20. ask yourself hard questions about your future. 21. start a conversation with a stranger. 22. go somewhere nice where you feel slightly out of place. 23. try a new hobby alone. 24. go to a networking event by yourself. 25. take a class or workshop where you're the beginner. 26. write down the life you truly want without limiting yourself. 27. reflect on your childhood and how it shaped you. 28. make a 5-year life plan by yourself. 29. spend a day without any entertainment (no tv, social media, music). 30. sit alone and ask yourself: "am i proud of the person i'm becoming?" real talk: if you can learn to be comfortable alone, you stop needing validation from people who don't matter. that's where real confidence starts.

H.E. Peter Obi, you said you owed no one. You lied. You vowed to quit your 2027 campaign if even one person was shown. Water Corporation staff protested. Records are clear; survivors still testify. Those debts are yet to be fully cleared even today. The records are clear!
