POV: You throw through the target. This might be the most underrated cue in baseball for increasing pitching velocity. That cue is to throw through the target. One of the studies I read was from Tom House. What he said was that 80 percent of pitching velocity comes from the separation you create and the rotational aspects of throwing. The other 20 percent comes from how well you track toward the target and direct energy through it. This is something I made a mistake with. I created a delivery where I would pull off. I was trying to create so much power just from rotation. What was actually happening was that I was leaking a lot of energy off to the side instead of sending it through the target. Yamamoto is one of the best examples of this. I love watching him because when he throws, he doesn’t spin off at all. He lifts his leg and all of his energy goes toward the target. He even finishes by moving forward. Everything he does goes through the target rather than being purely rotational.

My own problem with the movie is this; A wedding was cancelled because the supposed bride ran away few days to the wedding, and then the event planner started disturbing the supposed groom for the balance for the vendors. She even went to his house to shout at him to pay up the balance Balance for the event that is no longer happening I mean.. balance for what service exactly? Has the caterer cooked? Has the decorator decorated? Has the baker baked? Is he not the one that should be asking for the refund? This movie wanted to run me mad but God pass am 😭😭

When Sean McVay told Dennis Allen that he kicked their ass, this is the kinda stuff he was talking about In 1Q, Kyler Gordon is the nickel on the trips side. Stafford motions the inside receiver out to get some info and gets no reaction from Gordon. When the ball is snapped, Gordon comes unblocked off the edge and forces the incompletion. Rams punt. Staffy definitely makes a note of this Fast forward to 4Q, big 3rd down. Gordon is the nickel on the trips side. Stafford motions the inside receiver out and gets no reaction from Gordon. This time, Stafford checks to a WR screen cuz he thinks he caught Gordon in a blitz. Except he didn't. As soon as the ball is snapped, Gordon peels to the flat, and ends up making the tackle short of the sticks. Rams punt. It's a chess match. Staffy thought he was on to DA's rules, but DA was setting the trap to catch him later. Beautiful stuff
