Its not rabies,its a form of being too angry mostly by those maasai,its communicating with spirit world to calm down

This is a call to all canine/dog keepers(owners) to take it upon themselves to get a vet and get our furry friends vaccinated against this deadly disease and the same be repeated yearly

Those in contact with that it's lethal that man is dead once it reaches that its terminal
