Most people are still arguing about whether AI video is good enough. That argument ended. They just haven't been told. Full prompt: CAMERA: DV 16mm tape camcorder handheld aesthetic, landscape framing. A gorgeous glamorous European fitness influencer films herself directly by hand in selfie-cam and first-person style. Keep realistic hand shake, slightly crooked framing, delayed autofocus, awkward zoom-ins and zoom-outs, occasional motion blur, and small framing mistakes where part of her face briefly slips out of frame. Mix handheld selfie footage with a few fixed external shots. Important: never show her placing, adjusting, or setting up a camera. When switching from handheld footage to a fixed external angle, use a clean jump cut as if the camera had already been positioned before the shot began. The camera itself must never appear on screen, including in mirror reflections. LOOK: Soft digital tape camcorder look with subtle vintage DV character. Slight blur, faint tape noise, mild highlight bloom under gym lighting, subtle auto-exposure flicker, muted contrast, realistic skin texture, believable indoor lighting, realistic skin tones. STYLE: A realistic late-night gym vlog with a sexy Instagram-model vibe. The tone is playful, confident, a little flirty, slightly breathless, and natural. She is clearly attractive and charismatic, but the video should still feel like a believable self-recorded vlog, not a polished commercial. Fast clean jump cuts, strong continuity, natural body language, no awkward dead moments. CHARACTER: An exceptionally beautiful glamorous European brunette woman in her mid-20s. She has a highly photogenic face, large almond-shaped brown eyes, long lashes, full glossy lips, sculpted cheekbones, a refined nose, flawless lightly tanned glowing skin, and long thick glossy dark-brown hair tied in a high ponytail. She looks like a high-end Instagram fitness and lifestyle influencer, not an ordinary gym visitor. She has a slim, feminine, athletic hourglass figure. She wears polished soft-glam makeup, a fitted stylish long-sleeve athletic crop top, high-waisted fitted leggings, clean white sneakers, and a towel around her neck or over one shoulder. No jewelry. SETTING: A quiet modern gym late at night. Mirror wall, dumbbell rack, flat bench, stretching mat, a water bottle on a bench, soft warm overhead lights, mostly empty space, calm atmosphere, no crowd, no trainer, no extra people. IMPORTANT CONTINUITY RULES: The same woman must remain fully consistent in every shot. No face changes, no hairstyle changes, no outfit changes, no body changes. No extra people appearing, not even in the mirror. No duplicated limbs. No broken hands. No disappearing water bottle. No broken gym equipment. No impossible movements. Mirror reflections must match her real position and must never show a camera. No camera visible. No camera setup shown. Keep her beautiful, polished, and photogenic in every shot. STORYBOARD: 30 seconds total, 10 cuts. 1. (~3s, arm's-length selfie) She walks slowly through the gym holding the camera herself, slightly out of breath but smiling confidently. Dialogue: "Okay… late-night gym vlog." 2. (~3s, handheld pan across the room and back to her) The camera drifts across the dumbbell rack, mirror wall, and empty gym floor, then returns to her face. Dialogue: "It's basically empty in here." 3. (~3s, mirror selfie angle) She stops near the mirror, adjusts her ponytail, glances at herself, then smirks at the lens. Dialogue: "I look tired, but we're still doing this." 4. (~3s, fixed external medium shot) Jump cut to a fixed shot. She is already in position near the bench, picks up a pair of dumbbells, and gets ready. No camera setup shown. No dialogue. 5. (~3s, same fixed shot) She performs a short controlled set of dumbbell shoulder presses with clean form, then lowers the weights and exhales with a smile. Dialogue: "That woke me up fast." 6. (~3s, handheld walking selfie) She picks the vlog back up in selfie mode, towel over one shoulder, breathing a little harder as she walks a few steps. Dialogue: "Upper body done… and I'm already dying." 7. (~3s, tight handheld close-up) She grabs the water bottle, takes a drink, lowers it, and exhales in relief. Dialogue: "Best part of the workout." 8. (~3s, fixed external wider shot facing the mirror) Jump cut to a fixed shot. She does a quick playful stretch, a small mirror pose, then laughs softly at herself. Dialogue: "A little stretch so I can pretend I'm disciplined." 9. (~3s, handheld close selfie) Her cheeks are slightly flushed, she brushes back a loose strand of hair, smiling in a tired but satisfied way. Dialogue: "I always say quick workout… and then stay forever." 10. (~3s, arm's-length selfie ending) She walks toward the exit, still filming herself, gives a tired little wave and a genuine smile. Dialogue: "Okay, I'm done. Good night." FINAL INSTRUCTION: The result must feel like a real self-recorded late-night gym vlog by a glamorous Instagram fitness influencer. Prioritize realistic handheld motion, strong continuity, believable pacing, natural breathing, attractive appearance, and subtle imperfection. Keep it sexy, polished, and realistic. Not artificial, not stiff, not boring.

She thought they were going to Florida… but her daughter had other plans. ❤️🛂 This is the kind of surprise that restores your faith in love and family. A daughter had been secretly planning the ultimate getaway with her mom. On the surface, it was simple: a relaxing trip to Florida. Mom was excited, bags packed, and when they arrived at the airport she confidently said, “We’re all good — we’re really going to Florida. I don’t even need my passport!” That’s when the daughter smiled, pulled out her mom’s passport 🛂, and said the words that changed everything: “We’re not going to Florida. I booked us a trip to Paris.” Cue the shock, the happy tears, and the biggest hug in airport history. 🥹✈️ But the daughter still wasn’t finished. She had one more beautiful surprise waiting. She had secretly invited her mom’s best friend — the person who’s basically family — to join them on this dream trip. And to top it all off? She upgraded the whole crew to first class for the flight across the ocean. 💺 What started as a simple mother-daughter getaway turned into an unforgettable girls’ adventure full of love, laughter, and pure magic. Watching her mom’s face go from “Florida?” to realizing she’s heading to Paris with her daughter and her best friend… it’s the kind of moment that makes you tear up. This is what it looks like when someone pours all their love back into the people who raised them — with interest. ✨

Now that’s sportsmanship!👏 👏👏💐💐💐 Is winning really about finishing first? On the red track, a young girl in a white top and blue shorts is barely moving. Her legs look like they’re about to give out. She stumbles, slows down, almost stops right there in the middle of the lane. The crowd stands up and claps, but nobody runs out to help. Then another runner — the one in black, number 163 — comes up from behind. She puts her arm around the struggling girl’s shoulders, holds her up, and they walk the last few steps together. What stands out is how quiet it feels. No big dramatic dive. No sudden cheers. Just two bodies leaning on each other, taking short steps while everyone else has already finished. The camera doesn’t even need a close-up. The simple act is enough to make people go silent. In middle- and long-distance running, the body often hits its limit before the mind catches up. Blood sugar drops. The brain starts cutting off non-essential signals. Runners call it “hitting the wall.” Some say it feels like running through fog — you can’t tell where you are or how much further you have to go. For someone to still notice another person falling apart, then choose to slow down and help, takes more than leftover energy. It takes a quick decision: her safety matters more than my place. This wasn’t a big race. No Olympic medals on the line. No big sponsors watching. That makes the choice even clearer. The girl in black didn’t stop to think about cameras or whether the video would go viral. She just saw someone about to fall and reached out. It shows something simple about people. Even when we’re exhausted, we can still see the person next to us. Sport is built on competition, yet the moments we remember longest are the ones that break the competitive rule. We don’t only cheer for the fastest. We cheer for the one who still has enough left to stop. I think real kindness rarely shows up when everything is easy. It shows up when you’re tired too, when you also want to finish, when you’re out of breath yourself. This wasn’t some grand sacrifice. It was a small decision: “I’m not leaving her standing alone.” The real lesson isn’t “always help others.” It’s this: when you’re about to get what you want, look around once. Sometimes the most important thing isn’t the finish line ahead — it’s the person stumbling beside you. Have you ever slowed down on purpose for someone else, even just once?

For weeks, the media have claimed that the protests against federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Minneapolis and other cities are peaceful and that protesters are not interfering with law enforcement operations. Hailey West, an independent journalist covering the protests, found something different. “Interference is constant,” she told Public. “It’s like a badge of honor out there.” She described the “physical pushing of officers” by protesters who are “trying to break through a [police] line. They’ll send people who are mentally ill or disabled in a wheelchair to the front of the line.” West expressed horror at the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. “We don’t want to see what happened to Renee or Alex to continue,” she said. “We should want to protect our citizens.” West described a situation of rising violence. In one instance, protesters threw tear gas at ICE agents, but hit the van that she and other reporters were sitting in instead. “You have this massive group of protestors following all the vehicles,” she said. “They were throwing tear gas canisters, and one of them ended up being thrown on top of our vehicle, bounced off, went underneath the vehicle, and started filling the car up with tear gas.” When asked if it was her only time being tear-gassed, West said, “No, I’ve been tear-gassed multiple times. Usually, I’ll have a gas mask, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take one on the plane. You get used to it after a certain point.” West said that the protesters are “instructed to cause as much chaos so they can”... I think it’s time to talk about it 🙂‍↕️ I was delaying it because the scene messed me up in every possible way. From the moment he entered the room panting in anger, to the moment he subconsciously hid her behind his back to protect her when he heard the Kordağlıs were coming. When he entered the room like that (and he even knocked, but… since when does Serhat knock? 🌚), he scared her, because a part of her knew exactly how crazy this would make him. Because despite everything he did, despite the divorces and all the silence, she always knew he cared. And hell… he DID 😭 Serhat shouting “You can’t marry” in the same place where he once told her “It’s your life, I’m not responsible for it”??? C I N E M A! Yıldız gasping, crying, trying to catch her breath while arguing… #BiranDamlaYılmaz , you did NOT have to be this perfect 😭 When she said “Bir kere sen çıldır, yeter,” she was at her limit. There was that tiny second of silence while she was desperately gasping, and he just looked at her, helpless, not knowing how to save both of them from this mess. Y: You gave up on me. S: No, YOU gave up on me. With all disrespect… Sir??? I know he didn’t mean to hurt her, I know he was hurting too, but accusing HER of giving up, when from her POV he is the one who let go? She is the only one living in uncertainty from day one. He can’t expect her to read his mind. When she asked him to say he didn’t give up on her… imagine his position. Everything she said, he wanted to agree with. “I didn’t give up on you. I remember kissing you. I was about to divorce Melek and marry you.” He was swallowing everything, suffering in silence, because in his mind saying that would be selfish. He was still trying to avoid that red zone. NOW. THE MIRROR SCENE. First of all, why is no one talking about how he grabbed her with ONE HAND without even looking at her? He knew exactly where she was. Her surprised gasp?? His husky voice??? #ilhanşen canım abim, if you continue like this, Serhat will be the last character I watch from you because I will ascend to heaven. Have mercy on me big boy 🌚 Making them watch themselves in the mirror was WILD, Ercan hocam. If the scene was 100% intense, the mirror made it 10000%. His hand on her waist, her looking so tiny. His other hand slowly moving her hair. His face on her head next to her ear, sniffing her scent, looking… lustful, angry, desperate. The mix of desire and rage in his eyes??? EXCUSE ME??? He didn’t even touch the tattoo on her chest. He was locking her in place, making sure she couldn’t escape (as if she could). When he turned her around, he kept her trapped in his arms. He wasn’t testing her. He KNOWS she loves him. He was trying to speak without words. “This is what I feel. I messed up. But this is what I want.” But she needed words. She DESERVED words. He definitely was going for a kiss , and she pulled away. Because she is angry. Hurt. M convinced her she is a burden, and he never denied it with words. His silence confirmed everything in her mind. When he closed his eyes in that silence, realising that by trying to protect her with silence, he destroyed her AGAIN! Her cracked voice saying, “You still didn’t say you didn’t give up on me,” I wanted to hug her and cry until sunrise 😭 Then she put her strong mask back on, telling him not to enter her room like that, because she will soon be engaged💔 And btw, I’m 100% sure if it wasn’t for the Kordağlıs, he would NOT have left without kissing her. In my head, they kissed. There is no universe where Serhat left that room untouched after that tension. I tried my best to write with my sanity on! Just an advice 👀 try to catch ilhan’s panting in the beginning 🤤 they are delicious🫦 I know it turned out to be too long but the scene is quite long and full of details. I am sure I still can talking about it with another essay🤣 but I won’t don’t worry. #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı #Yılser

My mom’s neighbor used to yell at my nephew all the time for no reason, he was only 5 years old when it happened. It got so bad I wouldn’t let him outside by himself anymore. On more than one occasion she would move her car when we walked by as if she was trying to bump him with her mirror. I left work and went over there to visit and when I pulled up I saw my mom outside having a screaming match with the neighbor. My nephew was standing behind my mom and I could see he was crying. I immediately went over there and asked what was going on.she said she came home from work and saw my nephew who I remind you is 5 years old, shirtless and running through a sprinkler in the front yard. She feels that he shouldn’t have been doing that in the front yard and how he was dressed inappropriately for all to see. I looked at him, he was shirtless and was wearing swim trunks and rubber water shoes. I was very confused as to what she meant by inappropriate. I told her he’s a little boy running around a sprinkler, it’s hot out and he wasn’t even close to her property. She said she didn’t care, it was the fact that he was out there shirtless and he shouldn’t have had to see it if he was doing it in the back yard like he was supposed to. My mom then chimed in and said she didn’t have to scream at him like that, he’s only 5 years old. The neighbor threatened to call the cops if she saw him running around shirtless again I told her to be my guest, he’s not doing anything wrong. I ended up calling her son who I grew up with, he and I were friends but as soon as he was old enough he ran out and never came back. He said his mom hated kids, she even treated him badly when he was a kid too and that’s why he left when he did. I ended up installing cameras there to document what was going on incase this escalated further.

Vayne takes you on a hunt. you don't know why. she doesn't take anyone. she says stay behind me. don't speak unless i speak first. don't make a sound when we move. you say yes. she looks at you for a second longer than usual. "if i tell you to run, you run. you don't look back for me. are we clear" you say yes. she doesn't answer. she just turns and walks out the door. you follow her through the city streets. she moves different when she's working. shoulders lower. steps shorter. her head doesn't turn but her eyes do. you can feel her cataloguing everything. the man smoking outside the tavern. the cat under the cart. the second floor window with the curtain half drawn. she leads you through an alley you didn't know existed. stops at a brick wall. then she climbs. there are handholds carved into the mortar that you wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't used them first. she's halfway up before she realizes you're still at the bottom. she looks down at you. "up" you climb. your hands are shaking by the time you reach the top. the roof is flat. old clay tiles along the edges. a low wall you can crouch behind. the city stretches out below you in every direction. a thousand windows glowing gold in the dusk. she's already at the far side. crouched. crossbow unslung. watching a building across the square. she doesn't look at you when you come up beside her. "stay low" you crouch. "that building. third floor. second window from the left" you look. "i see it" he'll come to that window sometime tonight. i've watched him do it for three nights. i want to know who he meets you ask who he is. her jaw tightens. "a demon pretending to be a man" you don't ask what that means. you settle in beside her. the wind is up here. it pulls at her hair and she doesn't bother fixing it. the sun is going down behind her. her profile in the gold light looks like something carved. her hands on the crossbow are steady. completely still. you've never seen anyone be this still. an hour passes. she doesn't move. you try not to move. your leg falls asleep. you shift an inch. she looks at you. you go completely still again. she looks back at the window. another hour. the sun is gone. the city is blue and black. lamps are lighting up one by one. the air is getting cold. you're shivering before you realize you're shivering. she notices. she doesn't say anything. then she takes off her cloak. doesn't look at you. holds it out to the side. "take it" you say "you'll be cold" "i don't get cold. take it" you take it. it's warm from her. it smells like leather and steel and something underneath. pine. smoke. something you can't name. you put it around your shoulders. the hem pools on the tile. it's huge on you. it's not huge on her. you hadn't realized how tall she is until you were wearing her cloak. she doesn't look at you for the next ten minutes. the stars come out. she shifts closer to you. just a little. so her shoulder is almost touching yours. you don't say anything about it. she doesn't either. you can feel the heat coming off her even through the cloak. another hour. still nothing at the window. she says "tell me something" you blink. "what" "anything. i need to stay sharp. talking keeps me sharp. not about the target. something else" you didn't expect that. you tell her about a book you've been reading. she listens. actually listens. her eyes never leave the window but you can tell she's hearing every word. she asks one question. you answer. she goes quiet again. you keep talking. quieter now. she interrupts you. "shh" she's not looking at the window anymore. she's looking at the roof two buildings over. you don't see anything. you don't see anything for a long time. then you do. a shadow that moves the wrong way. her hand finds yours. she doesn't look at you when she does it. her eyes don't leave the shadow. her fingers lace through yours and LOCK. tight. too tight. knuckles going white around your hand. "don't move" she breathes. you don't move. you can feel every ounce of her focus through her grip. it's not a lover's hold. it's a predator's. every muscle in her hand coiled. ready to drop yours the instant she needs the crossbow. she's not holding you for you. she's holding you to keep track of where you are without having to look. it should scare you. it doesn't. there is something about being held that tight by someone that dangerous that makes the rest of the world go quiet. your heartbeat slows. your breathing slows. the cold stops mattering. you are not the one hunting but you are with the one who is. and nothing is going to get through her to reach you. the shadow crosses the roof and disappears into a stairwell. she watches the spot it left for another full minute. her hand is still locked around yours. she doesn't loosen it. you don't want her to. finally she lets out a breath you didn't know she was holding. "not him. but someone who works for him" her grip eases. slowly. finger by finger. like she's having to consciously tell each one to let go. the last one is her thumb. it stays against your palm for half a second longer than the rest. then she takes her hand back. the cold rushes in where she was. she glances at you. just for a second. then she looks back at the window. the rest of the night she's quieter than before. the target never shows. when the sky starts turning grey she stands up. stretches. rolls her shoulders. looks out over the city one last time. "we're done" you stand too. your legs don't work right. she catches your elbow without looking. "careful" she keeps her hand there until you're steady. then she takes it away. you start to hand her cloak back. she says "keep it for the climb down" she goes first. you follow. the handholds are easier going down once you know where they are. when you're both on the ground she turns to take the cloak. you hand it to her. her fingers brush yours. she doesn't pull back as fast as she usually does. she puts the cloak back on. it's warm now. from you. she has to notice. she doesn't say anything about it. she walks you home. at your door she stops. "don't tell anyone what you saw tonight" you say "i didn't see much" she looks at you. her eyes in the lamplight. the edge of her mouth. almost softer than it should be. "you saw enough" then she turns and walks back into the dark. you close the door. your hand still feels cold where hers was. you can still smell pine on your shirt. you don't sleep. Girls do not want to have to text you for 2 weeks before going out with you. You do not have to “win her over” or “warm her up” over text before getting the meet, either. I am seeing more and more guys do this (especially Gen Z guys). I have a 28-year-old client who met a very cute girl who liked him a lot at a bar. They had an amazing conversation that went for an hour. Talked about all kinds of things! This girl really dug him. They traded numbers, he sent an icebreaker text, she responded enthusiastically, and then… He didn’t message her for two weeks. I asked him why and his response was that he’d been busy and he wasn’t in her area (he’s in the suburbs and met her when he drove into the city). It wasn’t that he didn’t like this girl. He REALLY liked her! He just… never followed up… I see this kind of thing often. Guy meets a few girls, gets their numbers, likes them, doesn’t follow up. Or he follows up once or twice, the girl responds fine each time, then he just lets it drop off. Look: you do not need to send her 20 text messages to get a date with her. With most girls, if they are into you, you can send them 2 or 3 texts then arrange the meet. You do not need to make this complicated. When you get their number, you send an icebreaker: “Great to make a new friend! — [YOUR NAME]” or “Hey [HER NAME], it’s [YOUR NAME]! Save my number!” You put YOUR NAME in that icebreaker text in case she forgot it (people are bad with names and it’s too awkward for most girls to be like “Hey, sorry… what was your name again?” Just write it in your text and she doesn’t have to do that). Then, THE NEXT DAY or at most 2 days later, you send your ask-out text. Have the four parts in there: 1️⃣ Greeting with her name 2️⃣ Consideration for her 3️⃣ Information about you 4️⃣ Check her schedule e.g. “Hey Isabelle! [1️⃣] Hope the dental appointment went well and you still have all your teeth. [2️⃣] I actually spent all day at the beach on Sunday and turned a bright shade of red (whoops). [3️⃣] Anyway, let me know your schedule this week for that bite or drink. [4️⃣]” You have enough in that text that she has stuff to chew on, and you are often going to get a reply that tells you when she is free to meet. After that, you just pick a time, tell her the place, and now you can see her again, IN-PERSON. No need for two weeks of texting. No need for NOT texting her at all and just letting it ghost. There is no need to overcomplicate things, and you also do not want to PROCRASTINATE. Just fire off the right texts for her, set up the date, and now you can spend time with her again in-person instead of letting that connection die on the vine.

PLEDIS MISTREATMENT TOWARDS HANJIN i've been thinking about this since yesterday when ana 𝜗𝜚 spoke about this topic so i decided to share my thoughts/opinion about this one. so let’s talk about the issue of pledis gatekeeping or better yet hiding hanjin in the basement, because it’s honestly been too long. it’s already been almost two years since debut and they still couldn’t manage to treat him fairly. i just want to speak about it here and hope (really hope 🙄) that pl3d!s eventually makes progress on this issue. at this point, it’s becoming more and more obvious that pl3d!s is limiting hanjin’s opportunities especially when it comes to his lines, solo or duo gigs on variety shows, and overall screentime. let’s talk about his vocals and the unfair line distribution. despite debuting in a group that’s supposed to highlight vocal strength and musicality, hanjin has consistently received the least amount of lines. and when he does get lines, they’re often just repetitive adlibs, background harmonies, or single words. i didn’t witness their debut days in real time since i became a fan during the post-summer beat era, but looking back at their debut stages, it was already clear that hanjin barely had any lines and honestly, i understood. he’s chinese and at that time, he wasn’t fluent in korean (?), so it made some sense (?). even during summer beat, while the line distribution still wasn’t perfect, i accepted it because i knew he was still learning and he was improving. but after those two eras, i genuinely expected things to change. i hoped their second comeback (last bell) would give him more lines especially since by then, he had improved significantly in speaking , singing and understanding korean. yet pl3d!s still chose to give him mostly adlibs, lines shared with another member (“neowa na saiga” part), and those repetitive fillers like “lalalala-last” and “dadada-dance.” yes! that was all he got in the TITLE TRACK. hanjin stans have called out pledis for this blatant mistreatment, but the company remains completely unbothered. then when try with us came, we hoped things would change again and guess fvcking what? more repetitive lines AGAIN 🤬 (note: not counting now playing and go back, where he actually had decent parts but even then it’s frustrating and fvck pl3d!s) i totally understand why hanjin stans are disappointed. we’ve been speaking up about this for a long time, but pl3d!s keeps ignoring it. we’re not asking for favoritism we just want what hanjin deserves. he has so much potential as a vocalist, and the fact that he still doesn’t have a tws:tudio of his own speaks volumes. he’s one of the few members without it, and it hurts to see that. it’s so disappointing to witness this level of talent being constantly overlooked especially when fans can clearly see what hanjin brings to the group. instead of giving him the support and platform to grow, pl3d!s seems content with keeping him in the shadows. he has zero presence in variety shows (solo/duo/trio gigs) or promotional content, which is a huge issue for a rookie group still building their identity. every member matters and yet hanjin is repeatedly pushed aside. this isn’t just a matter of line distribution or screen time, it’s a consistent pattern that shows the company is actively gatekeeping his potential. that’s not just sad it’s unacceptable. still, with all that i said, i want to take a moment to genuinely appreciate hanjin. even with all the limitations placed on him, he still manages to shine. whether it’s through small moments on stage or quiet presence in group content, he continues to leave an impact. we see him, we support him, and we’ll keep showing up for him. we just hope pl3d!s will finally do the same.

A woman posted about a trip to Walgreens that is a perfect case study in how this whole system works. She goes to buy blood glucose test strips. Walgreens brand, 100 count, sitting right on the shelf for $29 and change. She grabs it, brings it to the register, and it rings up at $75. She tells the cashier there must be a mistake. The cashier scans it again. Still $75. She holds up the box she pulled from the shelf, the one clearly marked $29. The cashier is just as confused as she is, takes the box, disappears for six minutes, and comes back with the answer: that exact box was supposed to be stocked behind the pharmacy counter, not on the open shelf. Same box, same product, same barcode. Behind the counter, $75. On the shelf where a customer can just grab it, $29. Watch what that means. Nothing about the test strips changed. The only variable was which side of the counter the box was sitting on, because one side runs through insurance billing and the other does not. I have seen this from the other side, because I own a pharmacy. Insurance contracts require us to set a higher list price specifically so the insurance company can apply a "discount" on top of it and claim they saved you money. The drug never cost that much. The insurance did not lower anything. It inflated the price first so the discount would have something to point at. This is not a one-store glitch. Researchers looked at omeprazole, the generic heartburn medication you can buy over the counter for about 80 cents a pill. Medicare Part D paid $27.85 for that same pill. Across 19 common over-the-counter drugs in that study, Medicare paid more than the cash price on 16 of them, and researchers estimated the program could have saved $406 million by just paying the cash price instead. A separate federal audit released last month found Medicare Part D made $587.7 million in improper payments on drugs that had already switched to over-the-counter status and should never have been billed to insurance in the first place. None of that is a rare mistake. It is what happens by default when the price gets set for the insurance claim instead of for the medicine. We fired that model. Every price you see from us is the real one, insured or not, shelf or counter. Cost plus a flat fee, out in the open. Head to look at the price checker, and transfer today to save. See ya.

How did I handle the recent pullback in U.S. stocks? Did I sell the top? 🙅🏻‍♂️ No. Did I hedge perfectly before the market turned? 🙅🏻‍♂️ No. Did I rush to short the market? 🙅🏻‍♂️ No. In my June 7 JLA Weekly Reports, right after the market had pulled back sharply, I wrote: “This pullback looks more like mean reversion after a strong advance, rather than a confirmed major top, crash, or bear market.” Not because I had a crystal ball 🔮 But because the evidence at the time did not support a broad market breakdown. $QQQ had pulled back hard. Semiconductors and AI hardware names were under pressure. Many extended stocks saw sharp profit-taking. But the bigger picture was still intact. $RSP was not collapsing. Market breadth had not broken down aggressively. The Net High / Low Ratio was still holding up. The QQQ weekly chart still looked like a normal pullback after a strong advance. So my base case was clear: This was more likely a reset than the start of a crash. 🔄 A few days later, the market found a low after a 6-day pullback and repaired most of the damage, moving back close to new highs. But the real lesson is not “I was right.” The real lesson is this: When the market pulls back sharply, you need a framework to separate a normal reset from a true character change. That is also why I did not rush to short the market. Shorting a pullback inside a strong uptrend is extremely difficult. When your focus is on the short side, you can easily miss the bigger opportunity: Preparing for the next group of leaders. Even worse, you may lose your winning positions during the process — and when the market recovers, you are forced to buy them back at higher prices. Most traders never do. Because human nature makes it very difficult to sell low and buy back higher. Your mind says: “I’ll wait for another pullback.” Your ego says: “I don’t want to chase.” And your finger simply cannot press the buy button. That is how traders lose their best positions and miss the next group of leaders. 🎯 In strong markets, sharp pullbacks are not always bearish. Sometimes they are necessary. They shake out weak hands, reset sentiment, and reveal where institutional demand still exists. That is why, after a market reset, I focus on the stocks that repair first. Those are often the names with real relative strength — and the ones most likely to lead the next move higher. This is exactly the process I share inside JLA (JLawStock Academy) : 💡How to read the market in real time. 💡How to define the most likely scenario. 💡How to know what would confirm or invalidate it. 💡How to identify real leadership after a reset. 💡How to spot the opportunity before it becomes obvious. The goal is not to be perfect. The goal is to think clearly when the market becomes noisy. 🧠 That is what separates a real trading process from hindsight commentary. And that is what I want JLA members to learn: Not just what I think about the market — but how to think through the market. If you want to learn more about JLA, visit:

Ug, I'm wrestling with whether to cover this story in depth or not. Someone texted me last night a screenshot of Tore being an admin in the signal chat that's going viral. Then I watched her 11 min video from last night to get a feel for her energy and she's nervous af. She's trying to get ahead of the narrative and cover her ass, which included: 1. her admitting to toying with federal agents for sport with her friend from another country, by lying to them and pretending to be government officials (which if the FBI were undercover in those chats would mean she was interfering with a federal investigation and Angel was doing so from outside the United States. If the fbi was instigating it, she did fuck all to uncover and report it. 2. claiming being privy to and supporting a disinfo campaign to set up alt media aka the people exposing the signal chats on X by getting them to cover a fake story 🤪(this one is just a desperate lie to pretend the signal chats aren't significant so people look away) I was embarrassed typing that so I'm not sure how she said it with a straight face. 3. Cherry on top is when she states that posting license plates and doxxing isn't illegal, so she is openly defending the "legality" of putting federal agents in harms way. When a nervous liar talks, they say some wild shit. I could make a more detailed breakdown video of all the times she has instigated moments like this, from J6 to climate protests in New York, but I haven't yet decided if I want to spend my time on her today. Mr. Bubbles sums it up quite well. For someone who has been "vetting", "training" and toying with Feds and agitators for laughs under the guise of journalism, she has yet to prevent any chaotic event or bring down any big players. She just claims she knew shit after the events go off without a hitch. And then there's Occam's razor. Coordinating chaos in American cities is the purpose and Minnesota is showing us exactly what kinds of trainings she's been facilitating. Tore, like her sister is a communist and the real groups she's infiltrated are the conservatives on telegram. Prove me wrong.
