There is nothing that this motorist could have done to be "careful" I mean, he was doing the most normal thing to do, stopping to pay at a toll gate. 🙄

There is really nothing we as motorists can do in a situation like this… what does “be careful” mean?

These 2 would’ve not seen Christmas if that was my Fortuner! I would’ve ripped the radiator and give them hot shower.

Where is highway Patrol? Should be able to pick that on Camera and chase.
