@adamconover Big crash outside my house last week. Both cars totalled. One ended up half size. Police, fire and local council had the road cleared and tidied up within an hour. I was shocked at quite how good we have got at moving on from major road accidents.

@adamconover In Toronto, what is now Sunnnybrook Hospital was a facility that was starting to lose patients after treating soldiers after WWII. It was about to close… until they opened Hwy 401. Now it’s one of the best trauma centres in the world because of it’s proximity to the highway.

@adamconover Personal transportation is incredible for moving people, goods, and services over long distances. The issue lies in its current implementation, which causes pollution - a result of outdated tech, lobbying, and resistance to cleaner energy solutions🙏🏽
