Hilarious-- watch the camera operator's disgust as Senators talk about creating a new $1.5 trillion investment fund to save Social Security. Regular, working people understand that giving more money to the government doesn't solve anything. It's just a magnet for fraud.

He uses the word "invest" the way Dems use it Confiscate money from taxpayers Put it out of reach and control of the citizen Ensure Americans are on the hook for any mismanagement Create expectation of zero payback before 75 years

First of all this is called the “PENSION OBLIGATION” scam They are turning a guaranteed social insurance program into a speculative hedge fund. ‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨⚠️⚠️ States like Illinois and New Jersey tried this. They borrowed billions to invest in the market hoping to beat the interest rates. Most of them lost massive amounts of money when the market crashed in 2008. They still had to pay back the bonds, but the pension funds were empty. This strategy has a proven track record of failure at the state level. Now scale it up to the federal level ($1.5 trillion) 🤦‍♀️ and the SCAM ‼️‼️he’s pitching General Revenue" is your income tax. It is the money used for defense, infrastructure, and healthcare. They are taking money from the general budget to prop up the Social Security budget. This means either higher income taxes or cuts to other services (Medicare, Defense) to pay for this "experiment." If the market crashes in years 1, 2, or 3 (which happens frequently), the fund loses value immediately.⚠️⚠️⚠️ The money is "escrowed for 75 years." You cannot "buy the dip" because the money is already invested. If the fund drops 30% in year 5, you have to wait 70 years to recover it, but the debt payments on the $1.5 trillion are due *now*.🚨🚨 You lose money on the investment, but you still pay interest on the debt. And what he means is he’s taking your TAX DOLLARS to PUMP the STOCK MARKET…This is not a "savings account." It is a leveraged buyout of the stock market using your credit card. You cannot offset a liability by creating another liability and hoping for a miracle. 😆 They locking the money away for 75 years, trying to kick the can so far down the road that everyone currently in Congress will be dead.

Hey Peter, is it good if a mining stock goes down 10 percent in one day, not sure if this is a sign of strength or just incredibly bad luck!!!

Maybe stop the fraud and we won’t need an extra fund. The is no social security trust fund. There is no special account with your name on it with your money in it. It is a fraud.

Take social security and isolate its fund. Stop stealing from it. Remove the salary limit on the tax. Implement a .01/share tax on all trades to help fund which also counters high frequency trading. 50% of any surplus cannot be repurposed. Put SS on a sliding scale not cut offs

We have the $ to give $10.5 million base pay to Israel a day. Billions more to hunt down & slaughter medics & children in land it covets. And a billion a day to fight the Israel/Epstein war. But can't find the money for social security.

The Joe Biden Administration Has Proposed $4.5 TRILLION In New Taxes But Plans On Letting Social Security Run Out “In the $4.5 trillion of taxes the president has proposed —not a dime, is going to shore up Social Security.” Everyone On Social Security Will Suffer A 24% Decrease In Their Checks In 9 Years. These People DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU 🚨 “The president keeps saying he does not wish to have cuts in social. Is he aware that under current law, when the program goes broke in nine years, that there will be a 24 percent benefit cut for those who are current recipients? Is he aware of that? Well, it's clear that Social Security... But is he... I apologize for interruption, but I have limited time. Is the president aware that when social goes broke in nine years, under current law, there's a 24 percent cut in benefits for people who are currently receiving. If we don't do anything about it, I think that's about right. Okay, let me ask. But the president will want, wants to strengthen social security and make sure that doesn't happen. In the $4.5 trillion of taxes the president has proposed, are any of those taxes going to shore up social security? I actually know that answer. The answer is of the $4.5 trillion in taxes he has proposed not a dime, is going to shore up Social Security. Does the president know personally anybody who is dependent upon Social Security, and if their benefits are cut by 24%, they will slide into poverty? It's hard for you to know, so I'll give you a pass on that. I assure you that the president knows many people on Social Security. Then why doesn't the president care? He cares very deeply. Then where is his plan? He stands ready to work with Congress to address... That's a lie, because when a bipartisan group of senators has repeatedly requested to meet with him about social, so that somebody who is a current beneficiary will not see her benefits cut by 24%, we have not heard anything on our request. And we've made multiple requests to meet with the president. Now you can't comment on that, I realize that, but that is a fact and if you've been told to say he stands ready to meet, I will tell you there's absolutely no evidence because we have not gotten our meeting.”
