Hindu mob attacked a mosque and burned the Holy Quran. In Nepal, after a dispute between Muslim and Hindu communities over loud DJ music and putting up religious flags during the ‘Bol Bam’ procession, a Hindu mob vandalized the Abu Bakar Siddiq Mosque located in Dewanganj Rural Municipality-2 of Sunsari at night. The attackers threw the mosque’s belongings outside and set it on fire by pouring petrol. During the incident, copies of the Holy Quran were also burned.
