This ended before it even started. 🤣 Reservation Hatao Party posted on Instagram that if reservation should be removed, then caste should also be removed. Since then, Brahmins and other upper-caste have been abusing and opposing him. They say removing caste is against Hinduism, so they are calling him anti-Hindu. The reality is that reservation is a very small thing. In fact, SC/ST should demand land and reservation in private sector.

Totally disagree with Justice Chandrachud here If 75 years of Reservations has not solved discrimination issue, then it's time to rethink. Not only it punishes General Category, but ensures caste consciousness still thrives in 2026. Reservation is a failed experiment. Period.

The Lower Caste Dalits are demanding 'Sub-Categorisation in Reservations' because they believe the Upper Caste Dalits within the SC category are snatching their share of Quota. So the Upper Caste Dalit lady says: "There is no discrimination here. If you work hard, compete on merit, you will earn your share of the seat, regardless of Caste" DO YOU SEE THE FUCKING HYPOCRISY? That's exactly what GCs have been saying for decades: Caste doesn't matter; Hardwork and merit do. But apparently "Merit" becomes a beautiful concept the moment the competition is within the Reserved Category. You couldn't write a better parody of the entire reservation debate if you tried.

An Ambedkarite taxi driver got angry after his passengers because they used the word “Cha*ar” in a derogatory way. He kicked them out, abused them, and was about to call the police and invoke the SC/ST Act. Then he found out the passengers were themselves SC/ST. So who exactly is being casteist here? If caste discrimination exists within SC/ST itself, why is the General Category always blamed and used as an excuse to demand more reservation?

Promoting inter-caste marriages is one of the strongest ways to end the caste and reservation divide in the next 50 years. When people marry beyond caste, the barriers slowly dissolve and what remains is just one identity, being Indian. The reservation system today isn’t truly helping those in need; it’s often misused and politicized. Real change will come when we rise above caste and start building families and a nation without these divides.

Why "Reservation is a failed policy"? When the SC list was made in 1950, it had only 607 castes. Today it has around 1200 castes. So when untouchability was already banned, then someone should explain where these extra 600+ castes came from inside the SC list. Similarly, the ST list earlier had 241 tribes. Now it has become 744. And the OBC list started with around 3000 castes, and now it is 5000+. So where are all these castes coming from? Is it becoming like a race to be called backward? Are we all becoming more backward with time? If the intent was to uplift certain communities and give them representation then not even a single caste has been uplifted in the last 70 years. Not a single caste has got representation in whatever field they are working in. If in so many years you cannot move even one caste forward, then it means the policy has failed proving that "Reservation is a failed policy"

Moments like this are a stark reminder of how entrenched caste discrimination remains in our society-even among the younger generation! Muslims ruled over Karnataka for 100s of years. 34% of Karnataka Muslims are elite Ashrafs who had even owned Hindu slaves in the past. They are wealthier than average General Hindus and not backward by any stretch of imagination. Karnataka Congress Government has categorized ALL Muslims as a backward caste for reservation. This is a mockery of social justice and a slap on the face of Hindus. Hindu OBCs would be deprived of their share. Savarna judges are biased against Dalits, poor, OBCs.. Collegium system has made the judiciary a stronghold for caste Hindus. Judges appoint people from their own caste and even their relatives to higher judicial positions. This is why crores of cases remain pending in the judiciary. Justice for the poor, Dalits, and OBCs feels like a distant dream.
