@WWLNHS I had my 1st hip replacement at 15years old and in one leg only I had 26, hip or revision surgery... they kept me on my feet, Mr purbach is the best surgeon 30years my specialist. I miss love him. but Henry my number 2, I love all the history, I also had 2shoulders Mr Bale x

Tonight’s reports of bombardment near Kamal Adwan Hospital and order to evacuate the hospital are deeply worrisome. The hospital has been in the midst of fighting for too long and the lives of patients are at risk. This morning World Health Organization (WHO) and partners returned from Kamal Adwan Hospital where they delivered 5000 litres of fuel, 100 blood units, and transferred 8 patients and 13 companions to Al-Shifa Hospital yesterday amid ongoing hostilities and explosions close to the hospital during the mission. We call for an immediate ceasefire in the vicinity of the hospital and to protect the patients and health workers.

My Mom’s Strategy to Avoid Knee & Hip Replacements I started coaching her at age 64 and she is now 72. She does this as part of a well-rounded routine of short and simple workouts, and I post all the exercises on my page, with step-by-step progressions. Weak and stiff quads/knees and glutes/hips are the major strength and flexibility factors for knee and hip replacement. Pretty awesome that everyone can access possibly the single most smooth and effective exercise to help handle all those points! The mistake of “no knees over toes” prevented some of the best solutions from becoming common knowledge. Knee over toes = more pressure on knee, but long-term research now shows the truth: ABILITY with knee over toes = greater protection and longevity. This progression helps put you in control of these factors, at your level, without pain. I teach everything I know for free here, and for further help with my ATG Basics program ($19 to $99 a month):

Major upgrades are also underway at Mbuya Nehanda Hospital—now approximately 70 percent complete—as well as at Sally Mugabe Hospital and Mpilo Hospital. These projects represent some of the most significant investments in Zimbabwe’s public health infrastructure in recent years. According to Dr. Paul Tungwarara, all the hospitals currently under rehabilitation are expected to be completed and officially handed over before the end of this year. This accelerated progress reflects a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery across the country. The ongoing work clearly demonstrates President ED Mnangagwa’s determination to advance the national development agenda and move the country closer to achieving Vision 2030. Strengthening the health sector is a key pillar of that vision, and these rehabilitation projects show tangible progress toward that goal. #CAB3
