Plus, when you look back on some of our most popular rap and R&B labels, going back to the 70s, the exploitation was terrible by the own management. Just look at TLC at LaFace, Pebbles was the (now former) wife of LA Reid who managed them and sorting their contract and publishing which is a conflict of interest being the wife of the label CEO.
