Do you offer any support for thru-hole components, either via wave soldering or selective soldering? Most of my stuff is SMD, but I still have some THT parts.

Sure. We do lots of through hole soldering. In my free time I even teach through hole soldering. We use all lead free solders and all THT solder joints are cleaned before packaging.
