My goodness that's terrible! Sounds like sweatshop conditions. No one should have to work in such conditions. What are the labor rules like in Japan?

Yeah the entire anime industry is like this. What did people think it was only mappa running like a sweatshop? Most animators don’t complain about it

My absolute favorite Studio, so sad that it also has the typical problems of the animation industry...

These studios need to be held accountable and some legislation needs to be pushed for the protection of these animators in the industry. More and more this s becoming a entertainement over life situation, shouldn't be acceptable in any form.
