Such a good movie. I saw it when it came out and forgot about it. It is basically a true story! MK ULTRA is a real government program and this movie makes a joke about it so that we won't take it seriously! The government/Bill Clinton "apologized" for the saying they stopped the program when in fact they didn't. If u want to hear a survivor talk about it, Cathy O'Brien is a good start. I could go on about what she went through forever. Poor lady. She is one of my heroes.
