His coach hurt his feelings because he needed to learn a physical lesson about listening. No pain involved, just hurt feelings. He came to me, no coddling, no yelling, only teaching. Learn to speak up for yourself and say what’s wrong.

As a woman at first I thought no! He's too little! Then I notice how softly dad is speaking. Just giving him the facts no sugar coat no harshness. Just the facts. And the little kid's smile and confidence gained by the end proves how correct this was.
