This is from 2008 and 2009. He was responsible for the bombing in Hargeisa jn October 2008 where many people died (including a friend of mine). These young fake news merchants will make up anything and post it. One of the places attacked was Ethiopian consulate in Hargeisa.

Security forces of the #Somaliland administration have arrested Sheikh Mohamed-Wali Abdirashid, one of the senior #religious scholars in the regions under the #administration.
